funny story, back when 4th gen came out my brother and i saw seperatly two different game magazines, he saw the land form and i saw the sky form, this lead to us arguing if it's a hedgehog or a deer.... end of the story.. we were both right
I used the DNS exploit last year to get Oak's Letter in Platinum, then proceeded to shiny hunt it. After about 6 months of runaway encounters, I finally got my shiny Shaymin! It is now probably my most prized shiny next to a shiny Guzzlord I got in Ultra Moon after a week of SRs.
Shaymin-Sky is the strongest grass type in the game, barring Arceus-Grass and maybe Ferrothorn. There are over 100 grass-types, so this is pretty impressive, even if it doesn’t have too much competition in the Uber or Mythical department
I know that Shaymin Sky is a much better Pokémon, but I can’t resist Shaymin Land. I dare you to look at it and tell me that you hate it. If you do hate it, something’s clearly wrong with you. Just another reason to love Grass Types
I love land form's design but I ..... I can't for the life of me like Sky form. It looks too ........I don't know how to say it, it looks extremely off and uncanny. It just feels wrong to look at it
I liked the original trilogy the best. I only recently discovered that the writer of those movies died before he could pitch the idea for the originally intended 4th Pokemon movie. To me the closest movie that was good after that was Rise of Darkrai.

Shaymin's the ideal multi-form Pokemon. Recently Game Freak's become too obsessed with powered up forms like Complete Zygarde, Ultra Necrozma, and the Primals just adding to the power creep with each new generation. I like that both Shaymin forms are good in different ways while not being overly-powerful. They're also conceptually more interesting, in the same field as the Deoxys, and Giratina forms where the Pokemon actually changes in a way that's physically and competitively different to the base form.
13:00 You're right, I did NOT know that thing could learn swords dance until this video. In term of mythical/minor legendaries, Shaymin is a bit underwhelming, while Shaymin sky is in that limbo of not being good in Ubers or fair in OU.
I actually like 100 cross the board statlines tbh. They allow for some super interesting and versatile mon designs like Mew and Jirachi. Serene Grace can die in a hole.
Serene Grace itself is alright, it's just certain moves like Air Slash and Iron Head which really abuse it. Put their flinch chance down to 20% and suddenly it wouldn't look so bad.
I always wonder if these mythicals were given an actual stat spread instead of 100’s, like Jirachi getting more attack and less special attack and what not.

funny story, back when 4th gen came out my brother and i saw seperatly two different game magazines, he saw the land form and i saw the sky form, this lead to us arguing if it's a hedgehog or a deer....
end of the story.. we were both right
Funny story! I have one like that too! My wife slept with one man and I slept with another and we argued until she left and never came back 😔

Title: contain shymin
Me : *remember with heavy sweat*
I know that Shaymin Sky is a much better Pokémon, but I can’t resist Shaymin Land. I dare you to look at it and tell me that you hate it. If you do hate it, something’s clearly wrong with you. Just another reason to love Grass Types
The only haters did fight against it
I agree with you and I also like grass types
I love land form's design but I ..... I can't for the life of me like Sky form. It looks too ........I don't know how to say it, it looks extremely off and uncanny. It just feels wrong to look at it
Maybe a bad answer... but i feel indifferent to it.
I dont hate it, but realy one of my favorite pokemon it is clearly not.
Honestly, Ion usually use grass types cuz most of em are in UU, but gotta say Skaymin is such a annoying flinching user lol
Game Freak must have hired Satan to create the ability serene grace.
Shaymin: That's a cute pokemon!
Sky form: Bruh, that's a digimon!
I wonder what the inspiration was for the form change... Really odd
Technically Digimon was a Pokemon copy, but Pokemon took megas from Digimon.
It makes me happy to know that both Shaymins were insane in competitive, I always thought that my favorite HEDGEhog boi wasn’t viable.

While not being overly powerful???
