Iwen are you sure you use cake flour/ low protein flour for topping? I have tried 2 times follow your recipe but not successfully because the topping is too soft (not harden/ crispy). Should we use plain flour / all-purpose flour for topping?

Hi Iwen. Today I was trying made with your recipe. Unfortunately, it turns out soft the outside, not crunchy like yours. I was baking 180 degrees for 16 minutes. Would you tell me, what i should do to make the bread like yours, crunchy the outside? However the taste is good. Everybody like it.🙏🏽🙂

hi, no toaster... can use oven to reheat? if yes, what is the temperature and how long?

照著影片做了一次就大成功,滿屋子香噴噴的咖啡香~改成八小份,這樣一顆吃起來比較沒有罪惡感,哈哈哈😂外層酥脆又不好太甜膩,內餡有鹹香的奶油綜合甜味,整個超級幸福的~~~

正常的,我在xhs看到类似的食谱,po主有提到凉后皮就是软的,建议立即吃或者吃之前用烤箱或空气炸锅烤个5分钟😊

Ya, use dough hook attachment for bread dough..
but not for crust dough, that one need to use hand mixing or else will overmixed
