This is truly godly behavior. I feel ashamed that I live in Germany and am considered being poor by society and being even richer than this man. Seriously, I have nothing to complain about.
It's a lack of heart and good spirit in this world that make our brothers and sisters suffer. God blessed this man and the people he serves. Will show this to my child.
And if ever any German complains in front of me ever again, I will show them too. For sure it will shut them up.

When I was a kid, I used to think by looking at edhi ambulances everywhere that edhi himself must be a rich man since his name is so famous everywhere. But one day, I saw him sitting on pavement near one of his edhi centres in Attock, which is around 1400 km far away from Karachi, the place from where he started, I was amazed but when I grew up, he died.. I wish I could've met him..

You should've seen his bank account! His family is so wealthy now that he is dead.
This is a man who truly understood the pain and suffering of others. The one person, that had no influence or power, but had the President, Prime Minister, Chief of Army Staff, General, Marshall and Admiral, head of FIA, ISI, Governor general, interior minister, and Inspector Generals of the police show up to his funeral to pay his respects as he recieved a full Royal guard salute from the Pakistani Army at his funeral. Plus the 50,000+ that could attrnd his funeral and nearly 100 million people who watched it live. People literally closed their shops and businesses to go watch the funeral on T.V and pay their respects. This was a man, that could stand on a street corner, and the poorest of people would hand over whatever sum of money that they could because they knew it would be spent to help others and that no money, would be flaunted and that their is no corruption. Edhi was a truly selfless man. No political, religious, tribal or cultural affiliations in his work. A man with a heart of Gold, Mind of Gold, and a pure will to help others. If their is a God, may he let this man rest in the highest of comforts and elegance.

Thats why Taliban threatened Edhi they they wud bomb his every Edhi centre if he dont pay "bhatta". Which Edhi Sahib didnt agreed with and continued to work selflessly without any fear.

It's very humble of him to still thank god in this situation. I'm an atheist and the way I see it he earned everything he has built with his own hard work, NOTHING was just gifted to him, and yet he was willing to do everything it took, even though he got nothing out of it for himself but gratitude. Such a good, warm hearted man!
