I got super car sick watching this video. This was my daily morning walk when we stayed in Waikiki. I ran it a few times as well. So it is very nostalgic seeing this. Mahalo

I thought the driving scenes might be too long so I’m cutting down on some of the driving scenes for my future videos and focus more on the location it self, lmk if there’s anything else I can improve on! Mahalo! 🤙🏼

Mahalo again, John... I always wanted to know what was there on Beach Rd... lived here all my life, but never went down that small road or like to Cromwell's. Don't think I have ever seen a YouTbe video of the boardwalk \uuu/

It all depends on the cycle of the moon, when it gets closer to full moon you get more of them, usually Portuguese man o war, they are not deadly unless you’re allergic to them, always keep an eye out for the signs on the beach before you go in, if you do get stung by a jelly fish what you need to do is go to one of the lifeguard posts on the beach, the lifeguards usually have vinegar in a spray bottle, if you spray vinegar it’ll diffuse the pain right away, don’t pee on it, that’s just an urban myth :)

Mahalo for this . @ 4.42 when you are at Beach Rd , over your right shoulder the is two clearings on the side of the road. Then I did a street view search and on one of the telegraph poles was a bus sign with no parking. Ok no parking at the bus sign. Could you park in other clearing away from the bus sign ? Is there a minimum distance from bus signs ?

Aloha Rod! Mahalo for tuning in, you can park on beach road on the side of the road a little further down, there are also public parking stalls on Diamond head road close to Amelia Earhart lookout.

best to park on the ocean side of Diamond Head Rd...less risk of vehicle break-in if you park on the clearing side of Diamond Head. Plenty of parking in Kapiolani Park--- if none available on DH Rd... just about a 12 minute leisurely walk from the park ...

are these beaches good for snorkeling?!

Aloha Jaydee, thanks for tuning in, most of these beaches are too shallow for snorkeling, one of the best beaches for snorkeling on Oahu is Electric beach on the West side that attracts a lot of the marine life over there
