Exactly, i am waiting for this reform too. the greedy landlord wants to charge thousands of pounds to extend the lease of my flat which is currently 75 years..
@@nuray3486feel for you my friend. My flat was hard enough to sell with 236 years on. Because of that stupid doubling ground rent every 25 years....had to knock a loooot of money off the price to keep my buyer interested. Flats are such a rip. Off to buy....
