We had conch when at Paradise Island, Bahamas in salad made fresh right in front of our eyes. That was the best. The fritters were okay too, but the salad was so refreshing 🥰💕.

I went on a cruise this summer and tried crack conch in the Bahamas. I was not a fan of the texture. It reminded me of calmari that is not done well. I do not like fish though either, as a disclaimer. Next time I will try the conch fritters. The flavor was good, but I did not like the fried crack conch. I have an issue with certain textures, so that may be that as well. I'm proud of my extra picky self for trying a new food, though.
