I went to Autzone (store) near by. You could probably order online autozone.com. If you want to order from Amazon: Both side- amzn.to/3Lxi568 or passenger side only- amzn.to/453twtd . (The parts are for 2.0L Civic Si)

I bought the same axles from autozone, tighten everything to spec, didnt change the middle axle just the left and right. Car vibrates when i accelerate. You are not experiencing this?
@@OEMEangg got 4 new tires after it was done. Went oem and the vibration stopped immediately. Going to go for another alignment. I must of gotten faulty cv axles.
When you changed yours out did you notice any kind of vibration when accelerating at low rpm or high rpm? I just changed mines out. The OEM came out and the aftermarket brand went in. I picked up the Duralast Gold brand. As soon as I got on the road my car would vibrate @ 20mph - 30MG when I’m on the throttle as soon as I let off it goes away like it was never there.
@@GhadSpeed Since this is a simple remove and replace, I am going to guess you tighten every nut and bolts. I like Duralast products. They make pretty good parts. It might be something else. Try switching the front tires with the rear tires. See if you can still feel the vibration.
Did you hammer the axle out like this for your 2012? I’m looking at doing this for a 2015 si this weekend. Not seeing anything for 9th gena but it looks similar for sure
@@McDzy I would guess if it is your first time, it might take 12-14 hours. If you do not have a very powerful impact gun, I would loosen the axle nut before anything. For some reason, Honda seems to overtighten the axle nut. Loosen the axle nut while the wheels are on the ground.

I hope you put something behind your back tires homie!
I always do when I jack up the front of the car.
Literally the first thing he showed
How about the locking ring, did you change it?
Locking ring came with the new axle.
Do i have both side of car jacked up or only one side?
You should be ok with just one side jacked up.

How’s the quality of the axle ? I heard some have shaking after it was replaced depending on the brand. But have you have any issues ever since ?
The quality seems pretty good. I have not had any issues.
Changed mine today from autozone and it shakes when I accelerate

Is changing the driver side axle done the same way?
It is similar. There might be a couple of steps that differs. I think I have a video on the driver side. Let me check.

The axle nut is 36mm.
