I agree episodes like this are what the hobby needs more of. To see the journey of successful collectors, the story and reasons why they collect what they have, and the positive outcomes in life that stem from collecting. Thanks Geoff, SC Team, and Jason for sharing the story.
You hit it out of the park again, Geoff!!!! Holy smokes!! Thanks for making this happen and keep them coming!!! I love to see this kind of mind blowing card collections, especially the vintage stuff because of the history that is connected to those cards. Once again, job well done, sir!!
Wow this guy is a dang legend! For him seeing the future of card collecting and how he's done it, so much hard work and vision! Never heard of this guy, but he is definitely a LEGEND 100%!!! Dang I was buying cards in the early 90s most my cards I literally threw in the firepit because they were the worthlesa cards I bought. This guy is amazing! The King of Kings in the sports card collecting world!!! What I would do for a couple of those cards would change my life! A++ video buddy!!!
Amazing collection. The standout was the first day cover with the autographs. The super collectors you keep having on the show is why I come back to this great channel! Thank you for the awesome video!
I went to high school with him. He was a baller back then. Brand New Lincoln Navigator at 16 years old Rolex with 10,000 in extra diamonds added - all from cards Why did I go to college 🙁
Forget the cards. And no disrespect to the pieces. But those history items!? Abe's signatured check; OG 11 Baseball HoF signed/stamped envelope; signed 100pt schedule!? Jeez louise! What a treat to see them all.
How on god's green earth does this video only have 2.6K likes with 142K views and after being a year old. I'd like to know what 140K people didn't throw a like on this insane collection!
I don't even collect but I just enjoy seeing the history but as a guy who doesn't really understand the memorabilia market this guy seems like a really smart investor
This guy really got in at the same time I got out of the hobby. Family took priority and I got priced out by the time I tried to go back. I love what he has collected way more than modern breaks.
Greatest sport card of all sports cards should be free solo rock climber Alex Hannold rookie cards. He never used any gears when climbing super high steep mountains. He has many world records. He is number 1 hero of the world sports.
His Collection Is Amazing!!!! It Motivates Me To Step My Card Collection Up Thank You Sports Card Investor & Jason For This Awesome Interview Of This Amazing Collection 😊😎
I need to get a hold of this guy…. I’m managing the Furner autograph collection. This is the largest autograph collection coming to auction in the last 50 years…. I’ve been told this collection is larger then the jimmy Spence’s grandfather collection
I really like this guy. Very humble while having one of the coolest collections out there. That piece signed by the first mlb HoFers is just incredible. Not to mention an abraham lincoln autograph??
Thought my collection was pretty good with a potential value f 1-1.5M for my cards. Before my grandma passed he gave me all of his cards. I haven’t gone through all of the cards yet. This guys collection is mind blowing. WOW.
Need to do a show from Little Cooperstown in St. Pete Fl. He has worlds largest autographed baseballs. I think 5k in his showroom. Everything from players to actors to presidents. Amazing display.
Keep buying these rookies Brock Purdy is another example on why people should not wait to buy buy asap stop complaining about players in there college jerseys
Yeah. For sure. I mean people think it's dumb that Brock Purdy has a $1,000,000 card. But like Peyton Manning's best card is like $50,000. So if Brock Purdy wins 5 NFL MVP's and he wins 2 Super Bowls, then his best card could be worth $50,000 in 20 years as well. So, if you buy his best card you will only lose 95% of its value over the next 20 years. I mean that's a decent investment, you know. A lot of stuff you lose 100% on!
I do the same thing. I find something I like and just buy every time I see it. I probably have the biggest collection of The Mattel Great Gretzky doll. .
Seems like a genuinely great guy but I do think things like presidential memorabilia SHOULD be in museums...he can retain ownership but let people enjoy those pieces
Episodes like this need to be longer! We need to see more of his cards in detail.
Why
That guy might own PSA just kidding but he probably owns a lot of stuff we will never know about!! He's got it going on for sure!!
Slabs is the best ‘show’ you guys produce. Hope to see more and lengthier episodes. Keep up the great work!
This type of content just fuels the passion for the hobby even more... Amazing collection and class guy. Great work SCI!

All it takes is money
I am loving these interviews with mega card collectors. Marshall Fogel and now Koonce!
Koonce is the man! The Jeter foil cards bring back memories.
Wow this guy is a dang legend! For him seeing the future of card collecting and how he's done it, so much hard work and vision! Never heard of this guy, but he is definitely a LEGEND 100%!!! Really appreciate that you showed the losses as well. Not many do that.
This is one of those channels that needs 1 mil 💪
This is my favorite video you’ve ever posted. I loved this
This is one of the best collections I’ve ever seen 😳
Thank you sir for taking time out of your day to share this amazing collection that you have 🤟🏼
i remember my first flip of vintage cards back in 1963....against a wall with other kids, closest wins all
Forget the cards. And no disrespect to the pieces. But those history items!? Abe's signatured check; OG 11 Baseball HoF signed/stamped envelope; signed 100pt schedule!? Jeez louise! What a treat to see them all.

I’ve never seen that many Jordan’s or Jeters in one place, amazing!
Gotta have money to make money. That's the lesson here. Absolutely awesome collection.
I didn’t hear ONE story about a flip the guy made??
These episodes should be 30min or more man
Literally could make a museum with all those artifacts
Amazing collection of MJ rookies. Wow.
Great collection! Love the Jeter 1993 SP lot. Those cards are underrated/overlooked and will just keep going up in value.
I love these collection videos. Keep making them!
1. Elbert Einstein 2. Isaac newton 3. William Shakespeare 4. Milton 5. Donald Bradman 6. Charlie Chaplin will be new top cards in few years I think.
How on god's green earth does this video only have 2.6K likes with 142K views and after being a year old. I'd like to know what 140K people didn't throw a like on this insane collection!
THIS man’s collection is not only amazing, but it’s a dream! I can’t even imagine! ❤️
These are my favorite thing you guys put out. Don’t be shy to make them longer!

Im not the only one then lol
Continue this type of content about collectors.
Would love to see you add Graded Card Investor aka PSA Collector to your team. He had great content.
Awesome episode. You should do more like this. Wish it was longer. Thanks
This guy really got in at the same time I got out of the hobby. Family took priority and I got priced out by the time I tried to go back. I love what he has collected way more than modern breaks.
Very interesting, thank you for all your hard work.
When you're having a bad day? Stressed out? How??? LOL!!!
Wow the more I watch the more I'm like wow this is like being in a museum!!! Amazing, TOP BOSS level, God of sports card collectors!!!
Greatest sport card of all sports cards should be free solo rock climber Alex Hannold rookie cards. He never used any gears when climbing super high steep mountains. He has many world records. He is number 1 hero of the world sports.
One word comes to mind tp describe this collection: WOW!
His Collection Is Amazing!!!! It Motivates Me To Step My Card Collection Up
Thank You Sports Card Investor & Jason For This Awesome Interview Of This Amazing Collection 😊😎
love it brother !!! wish it was longer but thank you
I need to get a hold of this guy…. I’m managing the Furner autograph collection. This is the largest autograph collection coming to auction in the last 50 years…. I’ve been told this collection is larger then the jimmy Spence’s grandfather collection
This is unbelievable, a card collection like this is fascinating.
I really like this guy. Very humble while having one of the coolest collections out there. That piece signed by the first mlb HoFers is just incredible. Not to mention an abraham lincoln autograph??
Quick google search. $50k in 1961 would be equivalent of more than $496k today. Not bad for a 2 year deal. Great info and episode.
Awesome video - both of your so cool and down to earth
Dude! He almost made that shot!
He said it. Go for the 86 GOAT... END OF STORY... buy low sell high rinse repeat to get the fleet
Great video. Videos like this should be much longer!
Dude is a legend
WOW awesome collection, love that Cooperstown piece.
Dude nailed it with 1948 Jackie Robinson RC, a PSA 9 card today is going for $13,739,491 on eBay.
How was the guy as a kid getting to the airport, booking his flight ticket and booking his hotel?? 🤔
It was differnt times. Pre 9-11
Newer PSA slabs will always have a PSA stamp in the bottom right of the slab.
Pawn Stars would pay 20 bucks for it
I wouldn't even trust a bank to hold these!!!
Awesome show !!!! Geoff.
Thanks!
Absolutely insane indeed! 🎉❤
That was incredible to watch!!!
Umm am I the only one who noticed the dude has a mural of himself in insane shape playing 1 on 1 against Michael Jordan in the background?
😊
No one talked about the poker chips??
:)
Keep buying these rookies Brock Purdy is another example on why people should not wait to buy buy asap stop complaining about players in there college jerseys

Nice hustle! It's amazing how flipping sports cards turned into such a lucrative venture for him. 💪
Seems like a genuinely great guy but I do think things like presidential memorabilia SHOULD be in museums...he can retain ownership but let people enjoy those pieces

This Dude Is The Man🫡

Needs to get that HOF Baseball Auto at least certified, which will also keep it in the best condition - has to be a 1/1 right???
