Just changed my front and back pads on my Monte Carlo and I seem to lost pressure in break pedal. Pumped it a ton and nothing helped. I’m gonna try to blead them but I don’t understand why that would be the problem after not touching anything besides the pads
Make sure you put the sliders in their correct hole. They are different. The smooth pin with the smaller end piece goes on top He pointed to it before he installed it in the top hole

GM brakes are the most straight forward and easiest I've ever changed. Love it.

Well done but looks like they forget to mention popping the lid on the brake reservor prior to pushing the brake pistons bake in.

My brother helped me do this years ago and this time I'm doing it myself. This is very a helpful video! Thank you!

You must take off the master cylinder cap before change the brakes. Air is in the lines now. Bleed after doing if master cylinder cap was left on
Anyone know the torque specs for the caliper n bolt on the rotors?
Slide pin bolts 75 footlbs other 2 bolts 85 footlbs
I noticed you didn't put on the metal squeakers, are those necessary
No they are not nesasary at all. Just a pain in ass when wear down. Most people know when brakes are getting bad

+Jack Hammer Thank you for your feedback!
Literally came here for the axle nut size and that's the only part he skipped😭
