    It was the literal 'birth' of FEEDBACK!!! The beatles used to use electric guitar strings on their acoustic guitars!!❤

      Most don't know it, but they also used "Flatwound's"!!! Want the REAL sound? Instead of picking this as in this video, encorporate more UP picking, hitting multiple strings, the overtones are what makes this GREAT!

    For this song, John played an acoustic/electric Gibson J160E. The buzzing is a plucked A string and the guitar was put up against the speaker to create feedback, which was that buzzing sound you hear. It was probably the first instance of deliberate feedback. 😎🎸🎸

    • @SuperJiggawhat
      @SuperJiggawhat 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I was always under the understanding that the buzzing is the string hitting the edge of a guitar pick after it rings out towards the end but I like your story better.

    • @stephendavis5530
      @stephendavis5530 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@SuperJiggawhat Everything I have read on the subject says that this was deliberate feedback....which they used after doing it accidentally. They liked it so much, they incorporated it into the song.

    Marty,
    I’ve been taking a Russian course in school and I’m really interested in the movement for change in the Soviet Union. I’ve been trying to find out how to play this song called Хочу перемен (Khochu Peremen) by Кино (Kino) on the electric guitar but I just can’t seem to find any electric covers on it where I can see the guitarists’ fingers so I can figure out how to play. I understand a lot of experienced guitarists can play these songs by ear, and so I ask: Is there any way you could teach me this song if it wouldn’t be too much of a hindrance? Thanks for reading :)
