House Construction Telugu .. but most of are saying applying putty on 2nd cement platser(I.e.,on dubara finishing) will get cracks after applying putty and even i absorbed personal on my elevation design sir. What would you recommend? And thanks for replying.. !

Yes, it may be happens but if 1st plaster not down properly (i mean up downs came in first plaster) than you have to do 2nd plaster.
if first plaster is perfect than you apply on first coat of plaster only personally i applied on first coat of plaster no cracks accured in wall.
and cracks depends on wall construction quality also (i.e Bricks, cement quality, sand and cement ration, curing of walls). if wall get cracks automatically putty also effect.
