I feel like Karli would really like Boston! I think we get less snow than you get in your area. They plow the roads so quickly. I live south of Boston near the ocean.
It's been almost a year since Raising Cane's opened here and they still have a line every day. It's not as bad as In-and-Out but still crazy. I love the chicken and texas toast, don't care for the fries, but the biggest disappointment is the lack of BBQ sauce. I always bring my own sauce in a small bottle.
I love canes!! It’s by far my favorite chicken place and I love the bread. I always get the box combo and I sun the coleslaw for more bread😂 Culver’s is one of my favorites too! Their cheese curds and pretzel bites are delicious!
My son has worked at Raising Canes for almost 14 yrs he makes the coleslaw. I really haven't tried Raising Canes I took a bite seem dry to me but I prefer Chic Fill A but I do like Raising Canes fires and the bread. Love to all. I live in Texas its a great place for a young adult. Love to all!!!
Ok so a little explanation on the limited menu. They have a limited menu to help with keeping the wait short because of how many people LOVE it! Coleslaw isn't that great BUT you can trade it out for extra fries or toast for no extra charge! I live in Mississippi and where I live Canes always has a line in the street BUT it moves super fast because people know what they want and don't have to look at the menu!
Makes sense however it was a long wait and sooo many people working. But opening day of course they will get quicker. It was fun being part opening day! I didn’t mind the wait. I was more anxious over finding my credit card
My girls and I just tried Raising canes for the first time also. (in east lansing. MI here as well 🙂) My youngest daughter and I have to agree with Karli. It wasn’t bad at all. Just nothing special. The bread was our favorite. The chicken was good, but not great. The fries are just like fries at home. My oldest daughter on the other hand loved it. Said it was the best chicken tender she’s ever had. 😂
Raising Canes was started here in south Louisiana. I'm vegetarian, so I've never tried it, but I know my friends love it. The lemonade is supposed to be really good too.

Canes is legit soooo good, I tried working there for 2 days in high school to get Canes for free but we were busy every. single. day. and I was just there for the food so, on my 2nd day, I got my Caniac on break and quit.😂

They are a 10/10 omggg that’s crazy. Chick fil a is good but they are so expensive for the portions you get and I’ve never got there actual sauce but I like there buffalo sauce, but canes I feel like is the same price, for bigger portions and in my opinion I think the chicken is special compared to the chicken tenders I have around here like they’re perfectly crunchy but not to crunchy like candi said like pretty fluffy. But the sauce is delicious!! My favorite meal from canes is the caniac combo!
Omg! You guys HAVE to try Uncle Joe’s Chicken in Warren MI! It’s a little hike from you guys but I SWEAR it’s waaaay better than raising canes. It has way better fries and way better Texas toast! And the chicken too, of course! It’s a must you get the homemade joes sauce, honey mustard and ranch! All 3! Pleaseeeee get it and compare it. Uncle Joe’s is local and not known about. Everytime I go the line is so dead but literally the best chicken strips ever!! And they have fish, chicken nuggs/sandwhiches, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, etc… I’m so curious to know what you and karli rate that versus raising canes!!

I tried canes and the bread is good but the fries were very bland to me, the chicken was good like texture and all but again was not very much flavor so overall I prefer chick fil a but I see the appeal of just plain food lol and again the bread is really good! Noooo I literally LOVE canes. I live in the south and it’s always been down here and it’s my go to fast food place. My bf on the other hand has the same complaints as karli and likes chikfila over canes any day😭😭 that sauce and the bread just can’t compete haha
P.s. don’t sell ur house ugh it’s so pretty and nice and you guys built it, think about it as having guest bedrooms, storage rooms, rooms for ur future grandchildren, pool, pond, land for the grandkids and the dogs

Forget chick Colette. Try ezelle’s. They are the best. I have even eaten at chick Gillette but it is really not that much it is bird sized. Not the best. And the waffle fries you could get those anywhere. Even better in other places. Their sandwiches are very small and skimpy.
I've not even seen a Raising Cane's yet - but I rarely get to the area near me where I'd most expect to find one. The bread- could be a similarity to chicken and waffles. As a fast food establishment, expectations should meet the realities of fast food. That is, considering the fact that chicken places, such as Boston Market, are not considered fast food. I know this because I worked at a Boston Market. There really is no chicken restaurant that can be considered anything else, despite the fact that there ARE restaurants, of better 'quality,' that have chicken. At the 1.5 billion jackpot, the lump sum amount is $750 million. The taxes on it would be 25% federal plus a state tax percentage, if there is any in your state. MI state tax on lottery is 4.25%.
