I'm so glad you give all your guests the opportunity to share from their heart and was so impressed at the heart of Greg sharing the great truths of the Providence of God
Heart vs Talent is the same issue with Stewart. SO much talent ( if not the most ever) but the heart to win on the rough days was never there. Talent alone, should crushed every record.
Incredible video, GYPSY TALES. Looking forward to your next upload! I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on the balance between talent and grit in motocross are thought-provoking. How do you think the mental aspect of racing influences performance during high-pressure situations?
Born again mindset is frustrating. God chose me to win, I was destined in a way. If you think racing, or football or any competitive sport, gods will is a part of it, your not really considering bible theme, or examples. God does not care about racing. Or elevating one racer over another.
No one’s talking about destiny. Hes talking about his purpose . As he’s searching and giving it everything. He then turns to the Lord for an answer. Who else better to answer his question? he’s asking if this is his path, or if he should do something else with his life. God has domain above all. Every aspect of this universe. Every moment is God’s will. Don’t sports fall into that category ? aren’t they of this world ? in God’s wheel house. Just saying …
God uses anything and everything in our lives to help us to grow in holiness and bring us closer to him. This experience he is describing allowed him to grow in humility.
I wonder how many children died of cancer that summer while his god was preoccupied with motocross? Rough choice for a guy to have to make, but I think the motocross was probably the wrong one.
Poor take ! Doug had the balls to ride an unproven bike that could lock up like a safe at any given moment He persevered and reaped the rewards he worked for and deserved
At the end of each video, when you do your little speil, it sounds like you're saying "gypsy gay" with your accent. Just saying 🤷♂️. Reason the Honda's were so good that year and right after is because Tom Morgan was the engine builder. I was under contract as an amateur through Manchester Honda starting in 1999 when still on 80cc which I switched from KX that I rode from 1993 through 1998. They 80's he did the engines on both the cr80 and cr80expert 1" bigger wheel for supermini and I used in 125cc schoolboy too. Both were bored to 117cc and being so light would eat a stock 125cc from power to weighy ratio. In 2001 when i moved up to 125 and 250 B class Tom did both engines and the cr125 took porcelain pistons with how he built the engine which needed changed after every two motos, burnt through a clutch every 7 days in it too but the pro riders on that same engine and bike put a new clutch in every day Tom told my father. Fun times, had atleast 5 clutch kits with the plates in order sitting in metal coffee cans submerged in Redline cutch oil(looked like eggs when you stir to make an omlet) ready to be slid right into the hinson basket we ran
Kevin finished second nearly every race and championship. Dude had grit and drive he just ran into two of the greatest riders that ever raced.
Kevin has said he didn’t work hard enough, but you are 100% right. He came across so many legends.
Use to work out at LA Fitness in Corona and would talk with Albee, one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Kudos to Greg's success!
Great interview, as always!

An old racing adage about luck is "luck is what happens when opportunity meets proper preparation."
Some people are happy with second the winners are only happy with first, nothing else matters to them !
The albertyn jersey my brother had was so awesome 😮
Alby’s championship run…

He could use it for his purposes....whether worldly purposes or just personal purposes for an individual

Doug Henry was on a cheater bike
Why does anyone wanna watch cheater bike racing
I’ll pay for 500 class races
But he wasn’t on a cheater body with a fused vertebrae and two rods holding his back straight.
Doug Henry was and still is one of the most toughest dude to throw a leg over the bien
Poor take !
