I found a younger version of you--Jennifer DENE-- who also practices Pilates. I exercised with her for about 18 mins. B4 I realized she was a different trainer; of course, it was extremely early as I begrudgingly rolled out of bed. You're still one of my top TH-cam Trainers.😄
This is more a visual aid, try placing your hands on your ribs. Inhale and feel the ribs expand into your hands, exhale and try interlink your fingers to feel the ribs close. On the exhale think of closing the gap between your lower ribs and your hips. Hope this helps ❤️

Hi Ange! Merry Christmas! Who would have thought I'd be doing my first session with you on Christmas hahahah! I loveee the workout! Thank you! However I have a question, I noticed that when I stand on my arms, especially the side plank, my wrist hurts like the veins are going to pop out.. I tried different way to support it adjust my position but still... Any idea why? what am I doing wrong? or is my arms that weak? I had some issues before like tendinitis... could it be due to that??
mindxcircus What a great way to start your Christmas day 💪🏽💪🏽I am speculating here but perhaps your wrists are weak and if you have had tendinitis this could also be the problem. Try folding you mat to elevate your hands as this will reduce the flexion at the wrist joint which should help but if this does not perhaps you should place your hands on yoga blocks which are much higher. If all of this makes no difference try doing the plank on your elbow. I hope this is of some help. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄
