Well have to report that BT connection issues are still not fixed. Today my earbuds came back with Connection Not Found. No fix for those with this problem.
Still the battery drain in my left unit with the 1.27. I was a fan of sennheiser and have more than 10 senns including the crazy expensive ie800. The sad true is that Sennheiser made a design flaw that the left unit never switches off in the same degree as the right one. Moreover underpowered the left unit. They never admitted it and tried to convince us that it was a feature for our convenience. Now they fixed this issue in the MTW 2 and screwed us. I never ever will buy from them again.
The same happens in my unit. You can turn off the headphones using the application, but this action only switch of the right unit. The left one keeps trying to connect and it drain the battery. I can't understand why this well known and well reported issue is not fixed yet.
I am on 1.27.. Pretty much every time I grab these to use them they’re dead. So annoying . I charge them fully, and then go to grab them a day later, and .......dead. They also stay connected to my phone when they are in the case. And sometimes they just randomly connect while I’m at home and they’re on the next floor .......in the case. I NEVER experience that with air pods. They always just work ...... don’t sound as good, but they work. I have started using old wired klipsh in ears instead
Sennheiser sucks , I’m never going to buy this expensive shit ever again, moved to similarly priced Shure 535 wireless, much much better quality sound and much more comfortable.
I have problem with left earbud of Sennheiser true momentum earbuds. One day, the sound just stops in the left earbud. I dont know what is it, because the earbuds touch gesture works perfectly. The odd thing is that if I move around in my ear, sound comes for a moment and dissapear. Like its a problem with preshure of membrane (driver). What should i do? :((((
shittest earbuds ever....have tons of connectivity issues..will make you lose your mind!! to hell with sound quality when it cant connect properly. many times i have to open ' smart control app ' which is sennheiser mobile app to be able to connecct the earbuds. now I am having issue that when i have earbuds connected and I call some one or receive the call....instead of voice coming out of earbuds ...the sound comes from mobile...the moment you end the call ...earbuds reconnect
did you try these out yourself?. Please confirm. if true then I will go ahead and get the Senn. i am toree between the senn and sonys, but i have always been a senn guy
@@eitosensei Well, I tried two times. First time I left it for a week with switched of the case and earbuds and it was perfectly fine - still at full charge after a week. But second time my left earbud was discharged after that time. Right earbud and charging case were fully charged. I think it happend because I used them once for a short time during that period and left earbud could be to far from right one when I disabled it from the app. Also when you want to restore power in charging case you have to plug it into a charger again. There is no other way. And when you switch off the case with earbuds inside they will turn on and then you have to switch them off again from the app. So It is tricky. Currently I have to use them frequently so I have no time for tests.

My problem is the earbuds keeps on for 2 minutes or 4 minutes and then off on its own. Batteries are fine, charging are fine, reset the bluetooth and wifi for couple of times now, unpair and re-pair, hard reset couple of times, uninstall and reinstall the apps, couldn't find solution online. If nothing else can be done, I'm going back to the reseller and exchange for a new one.
These earphones are garbage don’t buy them. The left one will not turn on and when they put back in the case they will not turn off which means I have no sound on my phone which means then I have to tap the forget this device just to get my phone speaker to work. I was told to uninstall the app and to reinstall the app well after 10 times I figured it was worthless these things are nothing but garbage don’t buy them and the company does not stand behind their stuff. I had an Amazon employee on the line while I spoke to the representatives at Sun Heiser sorry for the typo and the woman there couldn’t believe that I was having a problem with the air phones she said this is never happened before and because the 30 days was up I could not return them just another fucking rip off
As of February 20th 2020, with ver. 1.27 installed: - still issues with Bluetooth connectivity (whenever turning head or moving phone around in pocket) - earbuds still whining about "no connection" every now and then thus having to forget device and re-pair again - a switch off option because batteries still drain nevertheless Goddamn it Sennheiser.
Hey EBPMAN, how does your noise source for noisy environment tests work? Is it a simple recording coming out of a single noise source (or mono pair)? Absent of a real world test (e.g. noisy street), it would be interesting to see if having multiple noise sources coming from different directions would make a difference for products with multiple mics and complex ANC algos.

Boy it’s a real shame that they dropped the ball on the Battery Life. WTF were they thinking?! Ohh wait, they weren’t! I would not expect such a weakness from such an established company 👎🏻
There’s still no justification for $299 with 3 hr battery life..... especially when you have the creative outlier air, sabbat e12 and treblab X5 which has wayyyyy better bang for the buck💯
@@area1188 8 hrs? My jaybird tarah pro does 14 hrs and with only 5min of charging gives me 2 hrs of playtime. If you cared about battery life you wouldn't be getting any wireless earbuds you would get wired ones. All the battery life in wireless earbuds are pretty mediocre. Sure there are cheaper earbuds but you get what you pay for. Dont expect anything amazing when it comes to sound or call quality. These headphones are pretty old. They may have been $299 back when they released but at the time of this video they had to be around the price they are now which is about $220. That is an easier pill to swallow for what you get.
These just don't work, i've had numerous problems. First i got them my right bud kept hissing and eventually went dead, sennheiser fixed them, and i got them back and they take forever to connect, and when they do, sound keeps cutting in and out making them useless. Never buying Sennheiser again. Oh well, back to my $40 cheap chinese ones that sound just as good and has lasted me over a year with no problems!
So, just to confirm the 1.26 firmware update did not actually address the battery drain issue where while not in use the MTWs( and carrying case) discharge power quickly?

You have to scroll down past the factory reset option you will see the option on the bottom to turn off the earbuds . I’ve had this update for over a week and it’s not the earbuds that need to be turned off-but it is the case that needs to be turned off. This will not make a difference as the earbuds will still drain anyway once the case is drained. The option to turn the earbuds off simply does not work at all.
So base on this update and overall ,u think there worth getting? I mean have b and o 2.0 Galaxy buds,master and dynamics,mifo 07,jabras elite and active,would like these cause they say there the best,but that battery issue has me thinking
@@neilgilroy1629 I have those earbuds since 2 months now and I got court one time by this issue of finding my earbuds + the case out of battery. I think it's really not a big deal. The only thing you have to do is to turn off your bluetooth BEFORE you put the earbuds in their case. That's all. Not the end of the world in my opinion. Too me: - Sound is great. - Design is great. - Comfort is good (I start now to get used to these as, at the beginning, I would feel some pain after about 30min where the back of the earbud touches my ear). But we all have different ears so it's just a question of adaptation. - App is very simple to use and quite useful to me. - Sennheiser seems to care about pushing more updates so that's great too! - They are expensive but it's a great product! I'm so happy with those. I hope that can help you with your decision ;-) Note: I've actually launched the update few minutes before starting this comment and the update has just finished. It took about 20min in total from my One+ 5T. At the bottom of the "Device settings" page I can see the "Turn Off" option saying "Turn off your True Wireless". I've clicked that, confirmed I wanted to turn them off. Now the "home page" of the app cannot find the earbuds so everything seems to work as Sennheiser says. And, yep, no issue, I can connect them back :-) Cheers

Great review and I should so watch your video before buying this earbuds. the phone call quality in a busy noise background is just not acceptable at all. I’m so frustrated as I usually call people a lot everywhere... Can you please recommend any wireless earbuds ( in-ear）with a good phone call quality ? 65T? Boss ? Sony? ^^^ yeah do they? I’m dumb, so when buying any type of audio device, I tend to choose the one with best sound quality in its class while ignoring other features lol. Considering these. I hate sacrificing sound quality for tech features/usability, so I’m hoping the issues with these have been reduced if not fixed.
Sennheiser need to change the way they MTW "work"! The case discharge without no reason, if it is empty you take out the earbuds and put on the case and if you start playing they will play since they still connected to the phone, what a proximity sensor? it wasn't better a sensor that detects that they are in place, like AirPods, Powerbeats pro, Sony? (being different doesn't mean being better)...the way they connect to the phone (there's the master and the "slave" unfortunately not both connected to the phone yet like Powerbeats or AirPods or Sony WF1000XM3) but the sound stage, sound signature is really good and seams to be better than Sony (My main reason for buying them... to listen music, for being in love about the sound I listen, for the details in the music, the sound separation...They could be better? maybe.... after testing Powerbeats Pro, AirPods, Sony MW-1000XM3, Master & Dynamics MW07... Sennheiser MTW has the best sound for me, I love them!) But, there's a But...I exchange 3 times the earbuds in the firsts 15 days of use because a sound I heard when listen music on the left earbud! with the last one, after a while... stoped working... I received them a week or two from repair, and I sent them back again to repair today... yesterday the left earbud stoped... and today the case the red led was blinking, and the right earbud also stoped working... Now I just wait. Let's hope that all the problems are gone when I receive them back. with update ow not... the problems, are there... I think that they are more a HW problem than the FW problem... But the sound is really better than Sony... more detailed... more sound stage... more clearer... for me! Didn't found out nothing better with a better sound than these... Waiting for Bose earbuds 500, Bose earbuds 700 ANC and the NuraLoop... till there... waiting... for the MTW come from repair...
You are a saint for making this video. My 65t’s were stolen so I was going to buy 75t’s because of all the known issues with these set of truly wireless headphones. Lucky for me we have you giving us this update so I can make a more informed decision!
Connectivity has improved and I’ve been turning them off from day 1 of v1.26. If you need to make phone calls in noisy environment, Bose NC700 is the only way to go!
Sure, but as soon as you pop the earbuds back in the charging case (as Sennheiser intends the product to be used) they enter standby as usual, and continue to drain battery at all times. So really this feature is only useful for people in the habit of using the earbuds independently of the charging case.
I just got the earbuds today (with the latest firmware) and I’m having problems with the tap gestures. Can you make a short video on how to tap? I also seem to have more issues when trying to do double tap on the right piece, so I’m not sure if it’s a hardware issue or me ;) Great video btw! One day I have my left earbud stop working [ showing the blue light on, still no sound], got a new set, then after a couple of months my right earbud stop working[similar pattern], not sure how can I fix this! Anybody facing a similar issue? Sick of it..

1.25 was more evidence of change in a good way for me. However, 1.26 did something for the pass-through hearing, like increase the volume or something where it is much more useful.

The turn off option is great. When they are in case, they automaticly are off (not in standby mode like before), wich means they dont drain battery anymore like before. But i have problem with a call quality. Persons that i call says that they hear themselfs when they are talking! Other than that, the buds are amazing! :)
A nice thing about the buds is that they stays turn off even the case is disscharged, and when they are out of the case, you must hold the buds for 5 sec to turn on. I did noticed that the buds are still disscharging whan the case is out of power and the buds are off.. I dont know why. So much improvement in this update btw. :) BUT!!, I was having some isuse with the earbuds this morning. When i was playing music, i pressed one tap left earbud to stop music and double tap right earbud to enter transperent hearing, because I was talking to a friend. After that, my buds went crazy. They played and stoped music without any touching. So, I have had to turn buds off and on to restart themselfs. Still, i dont know what happend.. :/
So my left earbud just died.. i noticed that when I hit them little on the right angle, they are working, but when I want to put them in ear, the sound is just dissapearing, like its some problem with driver preasure or somethinhlg.. I am so sad and dissapointed with a build quality of the buds FOR THE PRICE OF 300$!! I dont know how this earbuds even started serial production with this isuse!! I understand these are some of the best quality but certainly the ugliest earbuds I've seen in my pursuit to buy the best earbuds. But the Sanheiser Momentum True wireless earbuds look like old fashion radio dials protruding from the user's eardrums. It doesn't take a degree in fashion style to make a product that's aesthetically pleasing to the buyer. I wouldn't buy these at any price let alone $300. Come on get it together Sanheiser by offering an assortment of colors and an asthetically pleasing shaped ear bud and I just might consider buying your wireless earbuds.
So I’m choosing between these and the Sony’s cause I can get both for the same price in Australia. There is no excuse for such an expensive earbud to have connectivity issues (I use an Android phone) or for the battery drain issue. My natural inclination in sound preference would have been these over the Sony’s and I can live without ANC but Sony’s are just a better value proposition. You lost a customer Sennheiser.
I have never been so conflicted. I want the aptx ll do I can watch movies etc on my me note 10+. The Samsung bus don't have that and since I will mostly use them for media and not music it is the most important feature for me. However the battery drain, connection issues and call quality should not be such an issue for $399 earbuds. I mean that is rediculous. Why do cheap ones not vs the issue yet these sort expensive ones are wise than ones 1/10th the price. If they did not have these issues I would have already bought them. Amazon has a trading of 3.5 on nearly every website adding the world. I want to see at least 4.2- 4.5 for earbuds that cost $399.
I have powerbeats pro and they hit every point that these are missing... Is sound quality really worth it if they don't work or connect? Or after a while they don't hold a charge?
Yes sound quality is worth it when you are buying earbuds which is the whole purpose; the sound. And the buds do connect actually. His situation with connectivity issue is due to issue with his own buds; sounds like a hardware problem with what seems to be a defective pair. I've havent seen any connectivity issues mentioned on amazon reviews. And the issue isnt that they dont hold a charge. The buds last the length that the company suggest. The issue is the case which is supposed to add 8 more hours, instead, what the case does is continuously charge the buds til they are fully charge. The issue is that the buds do not turn off when put in the case. They remain connected to your device so they are constantly on so the case is constantly being utilized. Which is why people claim they are dead later on in the week when the buds have not been taken out the case. Them updating their buds and allowing them to completely shut off when placed in charging case automatically, would have eliminated that issue.
I just got these last week and updated to the latest 1.26 version firmware. The voice call quality is working very well, tried talking to friends outside with street traffic and walking down at Main Street by the beach. Friends told me that the call quality from my side sounded great. Audio quality for music is outstanding, the Bluetooth connection at first was a slight issue for me but after connecting properly I have never had another issue again. I only connect these to my phone and no other device so please keep that in mind. Important note** I had to get the small size Comply TrueGrip Premium Tips to replace the factory earbud foam covers. Reason was the left earbud foam cover kept pinching my inner ear and after an hour it would be really uncomfortable. Once I got the small sized Premium tips that issue went away. Overall best investment for headphone needs 👍
What stock tips that you are using with the Senn? is it Medium? and you buy the true grip small size? I would like to try the comply but afraid to buy wrong size
Check It Out only buy the TrueGrip small sized foam covers. Large feels uncomfortable after 40 mins or so. The small are perfect for me personally. Feel fine, not issues.
Compared to first version of software, 1.26.0 and 1.27.0 treble is too sharp to my ears. Its not soft and its uncomfortable to listen. Even listening on low volume, after few minutes sharp treble causes humming in the ears. Before updating my earbuds treble quality was very good. Even equalizer wont help to this problem... Tested this also on other true wireless, same problem. Why they have to change audio quality ?
Also when i turn my room lightning on, wc or living room, music cuts off. How is that acceptable about 300€ earbuds. Oh yeah there is also turn off button in app, but if you dont put them back in case in 5secs they turn on again :D

I don't know about the Sennheiser, but call quality on the new Sony buds is terrible. I returned mine yesterday because of that. Sound wise they are great

Epman you have a subscriber my issues with my sennheiser momentum tw... 1. Cant get my earbuds to connect 2. no sound when i put them in my ear 3. do not pair with my macbook or android.. they seem like they are dead, i charged the box twice, tried and do a factory reset if i even did it correctly.. if you can assist me i will appreciated if not i am going to return and get another pair i got insurance on them

@@aw125 I was convinced that airpods are the best bet, despite the fact I'm an Android user, then got lost with the many reviews that Galaxy buds are the better option.
From the 4 buds I have, I found the jabra elite 65t's the best for noisy environments but certainly not the best for music and not the best fit either. The best combination for calls and music was the soundpeats true capsules followed by the creative outlier airs (even though the call volume was a tad soft) and last was the galaxy buds which completely muffled my voice in a noisy environment. Hope that helps.
Mine do that too. Sometimes if I tap and hold on the left it comes on. Otherwise I have to charge them. I read somewhere that the left side uses more battery and this is why. Quite frankly, I love the way the sound, but they are poorly designed functionality wise. I end up not using them more than half the time because they’re not working
I got these and I thought they were good but as soon as I watch amazon prime they constantly disconnect and the sounds drops every couple of minutes. Anyone else have this issue?
There are a lot of different opinions about "the best sound". From all the reviews and comparisons I have seen and read so far the (currently) best sounding wireless earbuds are certainly not the Sennheisers. Better stay safe and say something like "to me these are the best sounding earbuds".

Everyone I know with these earbubs on iOS has never had this issue.

IOS Connection has been working perfectly without any single issue.

Now there is also a possibility to switch off charging case by holding its button for 10 seconds. May help with battery drain issue.

Yes. You have to hold for 10 seconds the button and then open the App Sennheiser Smart control and turn the headphones off.

I have firmware 1.27 installed and I have been having a lot of crackling on my pair today, very annoying

I have taken these 4 times back to Sennheiser Greece and Vienna at no avail, they refuse to accept any of the multiple issues

The battery drain still there. The earbud don't turn off automatically when it's inside the case. My smartphone continues connected after out it there inside and the battery still draining...

There’s still no justification for $299 with 3 hr battery life..... especially when you have the creative outlier air, sabbat e12 and treblab X5 which has wayyyyy better bang for the buck💯

I’ve sent two pairs of Outlier Airs back now and given up on them. Constant drop outs when listening to music. Would drive you mad.

@@area1188 8 hrs? My jaybird tarah pro does 14 hrs and with only 5min of charging gives me 2 hrs of playtime. If you cared about battery life you wouldn't be getting any wireless earbuds you would get wired ones. All the battery life in wireless earbuds are pretty mediocre. Sure there are cheaper earbuds but you get what you pay for. Dont expect anything amazing when it comes to sound or call quality. These headphones are pretty old. They may have been $299 back when they released but at the time of this video they had to be around the price they are now which is about $220. That is an easier pill to swallow for what you get.

These just don't work, i've had numerous problems. First i got them my right bud kept hissing and eventually went dead, sennheiser fixed them, and i got them back and they take forever to connect, and when they do, sound keeps cutting in and out making them useless. Never buying Sennheiser again. Oh well, back to my $40 cheap chinese ones that sound just as good and has lasted me over a year with no problems!
So, just to confirm the 1.26 firmware update did not actually address the battery drain issue where while not in use the MTWs( and carrying case) discharge power quickly?

You have to scroll down past the factory reset option you will see the option on the bottom to turn off the earbuds . I’ve had this update for over a week and it’s not the earbuds that need to be turned off-but it is the case that needs to be turned off. This will not make a difference as the earbuds will still drain anyway once the case is drained. The option to turn the earbuds off simply does not work at all.
So base on this update and overall ,u think there worth getting?

@@neilgilroy1629 I have those earbuds since 2 months now and I got court one time by this issue of finding my earbuds + the case out of battery. I think it's really not a big deal. The only thing you have to do is to turn off your bluetooth BEFORE you put the earbuds in their case. That's all. Not the end of the world in my opinion.
Too me:
- Sound is great.
- Design is great.
- Comfort is good (I start now to get used to these as, at the beginning, I would feel some pain after about 30min where the back of the earbud touches my ear). But we all have different ears so it's just a question of adaptation.
- App is very simple to use and quite useful to me.
- Sennheiser seems to care about pushing more updates so that's great too!
- They are expensive but it's a great product! I'm so happy with those.

Note: I've actually launched the update few minutes before starting this comment and the update has just finished. It took about 20min in total from my One+ 5T.
At the bottom of the "Device settings" page I can see the "Turn Off" option saying "Turn off your True Wireless". I've clicked that, confirmed I wanted to turn them off. Now the "home page" of the app cannot find the earbuds so everything seems to work as Sennheiser says. And, yep, no issue, I can connect them back :-)

I've frequently lost connection with left bud. Trying to put it back to the pod then take out but it would not work.

^^^ yeah do they? I’m dumb, so when buying any type of audio device, I tend to choose the one with best sound quality in its class while ignoring other features lol. Considering these. I hate sacrificing sound quality for tech features/usability, so I’m hoping the issues with these have been reduced if not fixed.
Sennheiser need to change the way they MTW "work"! The case discharge without no reason, if it is empty you take out the earbuds and put on the case and if you start playing they will play since they still connected to the phone, what a proximity sensor? it wasn't better a sensor that detects that they are in place, like AirPods, Powerbeats pro, Sony? (being different doesn't mean being better)...the way they connect to the phone (there's the master and the "slave" unfortunately not both connected to the phone yet like Powerbeats or AirPods or Sony WF1000XM3) but the sound stage, sound signature is really good and seams to be better than Sony (My main reason for buying them... to listen music, for being in love about the sound I listen, for the details in the music, the sound separation...They could be better? maybe.... after testing Powerbeats Pro, AirPods, Sony MW-1000XM3, Master & Dynamics MW07... Sennheiser MTW has the best sound for me, I love them!)
But, there's a But...I exchange 3 times the earbuds in the firsts 15 days of use because a sound I heard when listen music on the left earbud! with the last one, after a while... stoped working... I received them a week or two from repair, and I sent them back again to repair today... yesterday the left earbud stoped... and today the case the red led was blinking, and the right earbud also stoped working...
Now I just wait. Let's hope that all the problems are gone when I receive them back.

Connectivity has improved and I’ve been turning them off from day 1 of v1.26. If you need to make phone calls in noisy environment, Bose NC700 is the only way to go!
Is it my ears or does the volume on HI seem to be very low? How do I get a higher volume or is it low to protect my ears?

Sure, but as soon as you pop the earbuds back in the charging case (as Sennheiser intends the product to be used) they enter standby as usual, and continue to drain battery at all times. So really this feature is only useful for people in the habit of using the earbuds independently of the charging case.
I just got the earbuds today (with the latest firmware) and I’m having problems with the tap gestures. Can you make a short video on how to tap? I also seem to have more issues when trying to do double tap on the right piece, so I’m not sure if it’s a hardware issue or me ;)

One day I have my left earbud stop working [ showing the blue light on, still no sound], got a new set, then after a couple of months my right earbud stop working[similar pattern], not sure how can I fix this!

1.25 was more evidence of change in a good way for me. However, 1.26 did something for the pass-through hearing, like increase the volume or something where it is much more useful.

The turn off option is great. When they are in case, they automaticly are off (not in standby mode like before), wich means they dont drain battery anymore like before. But i have problem with a call quality. Persons that i call says that they hear themselfs when they are talking! Other than that, the buds are amazing! :)

A nice thing about the buds is that they stays turn off even the case is disscharged, and when they are out of the case, you must hold the buds for 5 sec to turn on. I did noticed that the buds are still disscharging whan the case is out of power and the buds are off.. I dont know why. So much improvement in this update btw. :)
BUT!!, I was having some isuse with the earbuds this morning. When i was playing music, i pressed one tap left earbud to stop music and double tap right earbud to enter transperent hearing, because I was talking to a friend. After that, my buds went crazy. They played and stoped music without any touching. So, I have had to turn buds off and on to restart themselfs. Still, i dont know what happend.. :/

So my left earbud just died.. i noticed that when I hit them little on the right angle, they are working, but when I want to put them in ear, the sound is just dissapearing, like its some problem with driver preasure or somethinhlg.. I am so sad and dissapointed with a build quality of the buds FOR THE PRICE OF 300$!! I dont know how this earbuds even started serial production with this isuse!! I hope that the sennheiser will send me new one, so then I can sell them!!

I understand these are some of the best quality but certainly the ugliest earbuds I've seen in my pursuit to buy the best earbuds. But the Sanheiser Momentum True wireless earbuds look like old fashion radio dials protruding from the user's eardrums. It doesn't take a degree in fashion style to make a product that's aesthetically pleasing to the buyer. I wouldn't buy these at any price let alone $300. Come on get it together Sanheiser by offering an assortment of colors and an asthetically pleasing shaped ear bud and I just might consider buying your wireless earbuds.

So I’m choosing between these and the Sony’s cause I can get both for the same price in Australia. There is no excuse for such an expensive earbud to have connectivity issues (I use an Android phone) or for the battery drain issue. My natural inclination in sound preference would have been these over the Sony’s and I can live without ANC but Sony’s are just a better value proposition. You lost a customer Sennheiser.

The Samsung bus don't have that and since I will mostly use them for media and not music it is the most important feature for me.

I have powerbeats pro and they hit every point that these are missing... Is sound quality really worth it if they don't work or connect? Or after a while they don't hold a charge?
Yes sound quality is worth it when you are buying earbuds which is the whole purpose; the sound. And the buds do connect actually. His situation with connectivity issue is due to issue with his own buds; sounds like a hardware problem with what seems to be a defective pair. I've havent seen any connectivity issues mentioned on amazon reviews. And the issue isnt that they dont hold a charge. The buds last the length that the company suggest. The issue is the case which is supposed to add 8 more hours, instead, what the case does is continuously charge the buds til they are fully charge. The issue is that the buds do not turn off when put in the case. They remain connected to your device so they are constantly on so the case is constantly being utilized. Which is why people claim they are dead later on in the week when the buds have not been taken out the case. Them updating their buds and allowing them to completely shut off when placed in charging case automatically, would have eliminated that issue.
I kinda still think the call quality in noisy environment stinks. My opinion tho.

I just got these last week and updated to the latest 1.26 version firmware. The voice call quality is working very well, tried talking to friends outside with street traffic and walking down at Main Street by the beach. Friends told me that the call quality from my side sounded great. Audio quality for music is outstanding, the Bluetooth connection at first was a slight issue for me but after connecting properly I have never had another issue again. I only connect these to my phone and no other device so please keep that in mind. Important note** I had to get the small size Comply TrueGrip Premium Tips to replace the factory earbud foam covers. Reason was the left earbud foam cover kept pinching my inner ear and after an hour it would be really uncomfortable. Once I got the small sized Premium tips that issue went away. Overall best investment for headphone needs 👍

Check It Out only buy the TrueGrip small sized foam covers. Large feels uncomfortable after 40 mins or so. The small are perfect for me personally. Feel fine, not issues.
Compared to first version of software, 1.26.0 and 1.27.0 treble is too sharp to my ears. Its not soft and its uncomfortable to listen. Even listening on low volume, after few minutes sharp treble causes humming in the ears. Before updating my earbuds treble quality was very good. Even equalizer wont help to this problem... Tested this also on other true wireless, same problem. Why they have to change audio quality ?
Also when i turn my room lightning on, wc or living room, music cuts off. How is that acceptable about 300€ earbuds. Oh yeah there is also turn off button in app, but if you dont put them back in case in 5secs they turn on again :D

I don't know about the Sennheiser, but call quality on the new Sony buds is terrible. I returned mine yesterday because of that. Sound wise they are great

get a new pair bro.i had the same problems with only the left earbud and i sent them to sennheiser and they switches it with new earbud. now they work perfectly

Airpods are great for calls IMO. I wouldn't recommend them as a overall package (in terms of musicality and fit) but they are great at calls
From the 4 buds I have, I found the jabra elite 65t's the best for noisy environments but certainly not the best for music and not the best fit either. The best combination for calls and music was the soundpeats true capsules followed by the creative outlier airs (even though the call volume was a tad soft) and last was the galaxy buds which completely muffled my voice in a noisy environment. Hope that helps.
and BTW... waiting also for the new Bose... Bose Earbuds 500 and Earbuds 700 ANC... hope they don't take too long...

Mine do that too. Sometimes if I tap and hold on the left it comes on. Otherwise I have to charge them. I read somewhere that the left side uses more battery and this is why. Quite frankly, I love the way the sound, but they are poorly designed functionality wise. I end up not using them more than half the time because they’re not working
I got these and I thought they were good but as soon as I watch amazon prime they constantly disconnect and the sounds drops every couple of minutes. Anyone else have this issue?
Lots of issues with them and the firmware hasn't fixed them. It's a shame. They sound so good and sennheiser is such a strong brand

From all the reviews and comparisons I have seen and read so far the (currently) best sounding wireless earbuds are certainly not the Sennheisers.
Better stay safe and say something like "to me these are the best sounding earbuds".
