    I honestly think that Seth green just explained more about Neal than he was even looking for. It’s almost like Neal was perplexed by Seth’s understanding of life and Neal was trying to extrapolate his life into his words. Put it this way, in a alternative world, a young Neal and Seth would be great friends in high school.

    • @MTLV100
      @MTLV100 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Well, the show is called “blocks”… so he’s trying to get Seth share/ open up. Seems like Seth was trying to be too “I’ve figured it all out… no, issues here”

    • @nullunit
      @nullunit 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think that is actually part of Neal's motivation for the show. He is just trying to figure stuff out so he have some balance with a splash of contentment and happiness. I could be way but it seems like the show is much for him as teh guest or use the viewer.

    • @nullunit
      @nullunit 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      @@MTLV100I didn't get that vibe at all from him, he seemed to be very much in the camp of its a continuous project to make yourself better. He was just pointing out the things that he HAS figured out for himself based on Neal's questions with a few tangents which is 100% the ADHD kicking in and of course his admission of having a draw to being more performative because he has been doing that his whole life it is very much wrapped up in his identity.

    I loved the movie Airborne. It's one of his lesser known roles, but I still think it was a good film and would recommend it to anyone.

    What’s interesting is that when he says he had his own place at 17 there’s definitely a sense that in this day and age that seems young, I also have a young child. But then I realized I moved out at 17. I think it was a different time partly but nowadays no one can afford that and so they stay home to a later age

    With each Blocks Podcast, I realize I'm a comedian without a career. Maybe it's that 'put in the work' thing.
    Neal asking questions the elicit completive and insightful answers make the show. He wants to know, the guest is willing to answer. It has been suggested before that Blocks is therapeutic and I concur. That's all I have to say about that.
