The £12,006 maintenance fee if for students studying in London.
If your university is outside London, the maintenance fee is £1,023 per month for 9 months, giving a total of £9,207.
N.B: These figures are accurate at the point of publishing this video.

@@shemfiki4272 of course it's permitted. If you get a job that will give you visa sponsorship, you can continue to stay back. Also there is now 2 years post study visa

My university requires I show PROOF OF FUNDS before getting CAS. Will this proof of funds to get CAS just be for me alone or I and my dependant.
If it's only my own that is required, which Statement will I now use for visa, would my dependant use a different account?

1,Can I get CAS without paying part of the tuition?
2, Do the home service call the bank or send staff to the bank to verify the bank statements?
1. You must have paid the initial deposit before CAS can be issued
2. The UK government has a way of verifying whether or not the money is in your accidentally your visa application is being processed

1. Your studetn visa is only for the number of years your programme is. You can then apply for the 2 years post study visa afterwards.
2. It's only the student that is interviewed. Just make sure that the right documents are submitted for the family members.

Hi,
If it's your personal account, you don't need any letter from your parents. You only do if it's their account you're using. If you have secured an accommodation and therefore subtracted it from the proof of funds you need to show, you definitely need to show proof of it. Most times, it's better and more straightforward if it's uni accommodation, cos the university itself will provide the proof by including it in your CAS letter.

2. How much time does the visa application procedure take?
3. In the visa application do I have to send my flight tickets (departure and return)? because I want to purchase only the departure.

Hi Karen, thanks for watching.
Regarding your questions
1. You can withdraw from the account within the 28 day period, but make sure that the balance is not short of the required amount of money. Also, remember that even after the 28 day period, the money still has to be in your account UNTIL YOUR VISA IS ISSUED. Even if you want to spend whilst waiting for your visa, MAKE SURE THE NEEDED AMOUNT IS STILL IN THE ACCOUNT.
2. It depends on the service you chose during your visa application. For the standard service, you'll get the decision on your visa within 3 weeks (15 working days) after your appointment/interview. For priority service, you'll get it within 5 working days and for super priority service, under 24 hours (the next day). Note that there prices vary.
3. You don't need to send your flight ticket AT ALL during the visa application. Its even advisable you DO NOT book your flight until a decision is made on your visa application.

Hi,
Of course, as far as you can cater for their care when you come. But the embassy will not stop you simply because its an undergraduate programme you're coming in for. Juts provide the proof of funding and have plans for the child's care when you come over (they won't ask you about the latter), but it's worth considering even if you're coming in for a masters programme.

You have to apply for the CAS letter at a given time (after being offered admission). That is, closer to when you can apply for your visa.

A family friend? No please. Its best the money is in your account, your spouse's or an immediate family member's

Not at all. You only need IELTS if the University asks for it.

You can, as far as they are BOTH yours or BOTH belong to your PARENTS. The names (forename, middle name, surname) must be SAME.

Thanks so much. Though, have been making deductions from the second account but not below the required amount to complete the 1st account. For example, my bank statements suppose to be #10.95 Million and I have 10.4 m in 1st account and 1.34m in the 2nd account. So, I made deductions on the 2nd account, now remaining # 800k. If you some 10.4 m to remaining 800k = # 11.2 m. What do you think?

Hello ma, I saw a reply you gave on reasons for applying to study Social work.I have a B.A in English, is it a must i have experience from a health sector before applying to Study Social Work as a course in the UK because frankly speaking I don't have.
You need the experience, it's part of the requirements. It must not be paid and it can be voluntary. I'm that video, I mentioned some possible experiences that count as experience in health and social care. Probably a specific video on that will make it clearer.

IELTS is proof of English proficiency. So if you wanted to use yiur WAEC for that purpose, then it can stand.

Yes you are, as long as you have WORK EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH QND SOCIAL CARE. And of course meet other requirements of the uni you wishto apply to. But having a bachelor's degree in Literature will NEVER disqualify you.
