Kristina i don't usually sign in to youtube, google for anything but watching videos of people like you makes me sign in and subscribe. Teachers are to respect but teachers like you on web are literally golden. thank you!
Your voice calms me down so effectively miss that i am absorbing any given information with absolute ease and full understanding ! THANK YOU very very much!!!! i wish you were my Professor !!!
oh ok..!! and in fact if there is someone who needs appreciation then that is you for making such an effective site... actually what makes your site best for me.. is the clarity of voice and overall presentation which is so clear and vivid...!! which is hardly found in other sites..!!
Yes it does! Sorry, I wasn't worried about sketching the graphs how they are, I was just trying to illustrate the area between two curves as clearly as possible. :)
You are so sweet!!!! Thank you so much for subscribing. I would love to help as much as I can throughout your all of your calculus classes. Please let me know if you ever need help or run into a topic that you can't find a video for!! :D
i just subscribed to your channel and I favorited your website, i have a good trigonometry professor, I;m gonna be taking precalc next semester, and I am HAPPY and BLESSED to be able to find your website. I really wish that there were a lot of tutors like you and better yet professor like you. You make calculus concepts truly enjoyable to learn:), I'm gonna have to take calc 1,2, and possibly 3 for my major(computer science:)) Thank-you sooo much for making this website, you are a god-send!:)
mam.. something same kind of were my expressions for you and your website.. you never replied to it such a sweet way... why this partiality..?? well..it doesn't matter.. because your site speaks.. "you can do it".... to everyone... thank you.. you surely owe my respect mam..!! :-)
I feel bad making all these requests for multi variable stuff, but jacobians just kicked my butt today. If you could make a quick video explaining mapping from (u,v) to (x,y) that would be awesome!
hello mam..!! i want to know if there is any "king" property in area bounded curves..?? for solving tougher problems for some competitive examination purpose.. or any unusual property or trick in your ocean of knowledge ?
You need to set the curves equal to one another to figure out where they intersect each other. Then you'll be able to use those points as the endpoints of the interval.

You're the best math teacher I've ever seen!! thank you very much for your videos.
You are a Calculus angel sent to us by the Math Gods...to deliver us!
Thanks again K!
Always love to learn from you.
Such a very soothing voice.
Take care!
I hope that's the case! You're putting in the extra work which is awesome! :)
Yes it does! Sorry, I wasn't worried about sketching the graphs how they are, I was just trying to illustrate the area between two curves as clearly as possible. :)
You are a marvel!!! You have great intuitive insight that shows in your explanations.Thank you.
@Shubham Agarwal That's never my intention! I greatly appreciate all of the comments. :D

thanks so much! I'm having a hard time understanding my Cal 2 prof so I come to your videos and they help a lot.
I'm so glad they're helpful!! :D

Thanks! That's so nice of you to say. :)
I like the older videos of yours where your actually in it, because your so pretty. But this video was super helpful. Thanks!

Ohhh that's a good one, I'd have to think about it. Can you factor the polynomial?
The graphs do not look like they're drawn in the video. Both rise exponentially, one sharper than the other.
Love your tutorials, keep it up

This really helped a LOT! Thank you so much!
+taleen vartanian You're welcome, I'm so glad it helped!
i hope so!! you're welcome!! :D
You might have just saved my calculus grade...My GPA thanks you!
Thank you! Very helpful and not boring :)
I just want to say I love you.
if I wanted to calculate the area from x=1 to x =4 for example the function xe^x would be the top one right? 😊 😅
hello mam..!! i want to know if there is any "king" property in area bounded curves..?? for solving tougher problems for some competitive examination purpose.. or any unusual property or trick in your ocean of knowledge ?
ha...I'm just glad I can help. :)
you're welcome!! :)
LOL NO! not at ALL! people said that didn't like it because it was distracting in a bad way, that's why! :D
i can't thank you enough miss.
i'm just glad the videos have been helpful!
Good work, young lady!
what if the two curves do not intersect at the given x value or what if you have three y values like y=x^2 y=2-x and y=0 in the first quadrant?
REALLY HELPFULL
What if you have y=(a polynomial) and y=e^x? How do we find the intersection points?
hmm isn't y=e^x exponential so why does the graph look like that? I am a bit confused
Very thankful for your effort
Glad it could help!
If I may ask, why do the graphs look like that? doesn't e to the x curve upwards?
Hello u are doing a great job
Thank you.
you're so sweet! thank you!! :)
you're welcome!! :D
Aww thanks!! :D
omg, Thank you so much.
oh thanku thanku...!!
Please check the graphs of
y=x.e^x &
y = e^x.
I'm in love with your voice! :D
Does that really help to set u = x? I mean that's not really substituting anything. All you did was replace the letter.
Noo I need my daily dose!! lol (yes I have watched and read the comments on about all of your videos :)
Just out of curiosity, since the graph of e^x is an exponential function, shouldn't it rise upward?
The idea is that you don't need to know how the curves look in order to calculate it
That's true, you probably don't, but knowing its shape does help to make sense of the function.
Fair enough. I think it takes too much time to graph functions and then calculate area though.
Ma'am but the graph of e^x is not like you draw if i am not wrong.
+Naeem Hakimi I said in the video that it wasn't actually the graph, I was just drawing an example graph to illustrate the concept in general.
Can u make a video of this without intervals of x
ms krista..pls help me to integrate partial fraction..step by step..plss
Awww you're so sweet!! :D
Hello good teacher , can you make videos of definite integrals involving substitution and integration by parts ?
+Hamza Khan Here are some examples I already have: th-cam.com/video/Muzl_kuVxZU/w-d-xo.html, th-cam.com/video/Q2rfVMVX2pI/w-d-xo.html
thank you
How to solve such task if the intervals of x are not given??
You need to set the curves equal to one another to figure out where they intersect each other. Then you'll be able to use those points as the endpoints of the interval.
+Krista King okay and is it allowed to solve the two functiobs = 0 That is what my teacher showed me?
lol, it was distracting a lot of people, so i took it out! :D
e^x doesnt look like that. It goes upwards
The idea is still the same :(
It doesn't matter
something wrong zzzzz, how to find Y if its false?
Definitely not how the curves look.
واو خوش شرح
I am having trouble with my work. I have this problem that I can't answer.
ty :D
you're an angel face
thank u your vedio is very uesfull ^^
you're welcome, i'm so glad it helped!
For the sake of the video :)
I have a crush on this girl
I know right? lol
your graphs are wrong ... calculations are right
fukken lol
