Emil: Karma/Despair mix

- I've been playing through the original NieR lately, I got ending A and when Emil: Karma started up it hit me like a ton of bricks. All 3 of Emil's themes are amazing but especially Despair and Karma, so I decided to swap out the vocals to see how it sounds.
I recommend both Gestalt and Automata to literally everyone

Tbh you kinda “predicted” Emil Karma’s reorchestration in the new NieR Replicant, that’s so impressive

The Nier games tell their stories far more interestingly than so many other games... their OST is a part of that too.
Only part I don't like is having to replay the exact same thing over and over, but it does make sense story wise.
@@keeysOST I can see why some people don't like it, but I always thought it was cool how the game really wants you to get what it's trying to say with repeated playthroughs like the subtle things with the characters (especially Nier).
Automata is too much for me. The ost, characters, story, everything! My heart can't take it!
The original made me (one who doesn't cry much at IRL events, much less video games) bawl my eyes out like a little bitch. all in all, good game

The fusion of the two is so powerful. I prefer karma, but despair make karma more intense
There are some pretty subtle design decisions that really stand out. Despair has a chorus while Karma is a solo. It really highlights the pain of all the Emil clones crying out in despair, while Karma is only the original Emil's burden.
@@Meowmers1219 i played nier gestalt but i didnt play nier replicant. I think i should try it
@@jabrakoma from my understanding Replicant and Gestalt are the same game, Replicant was never released in the states but is getting an upcoming remake.
@@Meowmers1219 what i also like is how the lyrics seem less intelligible than Karma.

I think automata shouldve been the game of the year for the year it came out.

It was definitely mine (tied with What Remains of Edith Finch), but I also didn't finish Breath of The Wild until early 2018.

Wait what? So I thought Karma and Despair was the same. But different versions. And I found Karma (Background music through Core of the Apple Mlp comic part 3 (sad))
You might not think Mlp can be so sad. Canon are not, but the fan comic definitly are. AJ (Applejack) parents tried to save AJ's friend from a bridge that was about to break.

The Despair version was found by me in the summer. The other in early March/Aprily.

Everytime Buzz travel in space and fly as fast as light he only age 4 minuts when the others age 4 years.
They landed on the planet. They build up their station in 1 year.

Sox was done after 62 years

It's now 67 years. He only aged few days. The others aged 67 years. Kinda creepy, but still amazing. Pls everyone, don't waste 67 years.
