Emil is pitiable. He truly believed he was fighting to make the world a better, happier place, only to live long enough to see what all of the battles and all of the sacrifice rewarded him... Nothing. He gave everything he had and more, and it amounted to precisely nothing in the end. The world still died. Humanity was gone. And his dearest friends existed only his painfully happy memories. No one could live with the weight of so much despair.
That's the worst part of it though: he has to. Not like he has much of a choice but to live with on. It's not like he has another option; what's he gonna do, die?
Nier automata's music is already excellent, and I rank it as the best Ost of any game. But this one from Nier Replicant.... is the most beautiful music I've ever heard in any game I've played in my life. I don't have the words to say how magnificent it is... It brought tears to my eyes the first time I heard it. The Nier games are pure masterpieces... as deep and complex as their stories when you really get down to it. Then there's the soundtrack, the art direction...no, really, Nier...it's incredible. Truly deserving of their place alongside the old Final Fantasy, Star Ocean and Tales of.
They are! I wanted to add at least elements of the 3 versions, so I added the vocals from Despair (+ a section of the choir made from scratch, because it's not in Despair). Nice catch! :D
I have translated it, it has several mixed languages which makes it difficult and even the sentences are mixed up (suagili, kannada,maori hawwaian somalic and arabic , latin sentences) this is what i get, enjoy: she is famous I played the Afternoon menus She is due I'm stand and wait you here. The lyrics in NieR are pretty much gibberish. They made their own language based off of the Romantic languages, primarily utilizing French and a few others I believe? There also exists a version of Chaos language which utilizes Japanese, but that's used more in Drakengard 3.
