I’m a flight attendant and when I’m out in a new city on a layover I feel like crap if I don’t go out and explore so thank you so much for this video! ❤❤❤

i’m so happy i found your channel. as someone who’s too shy to even ride a public transportation alone, or go on a walk alone, or at least go on a cafe alone, your videos really helped me to get motivated and start thinking that it’s okay to go on solo dates or it’s okay to go outside alone without telling a friend to go with you just ‘cause you or i feel shy. you’re so wholesome. i love you.

love the video! today i have gone for a breakfast on my own. and now i feel really attuned with myself after it. it was kinda deep going into my soul and having a reconnection with it. and then i watched this video where i found more types about hanging out alone. really exiting!

I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the videos, and I appreciate your kind words! It's completely normal to feel a bit lost after a long relationship ends. Remember, it's okay to take your time to heal and rediscover your own company.
Thank you for your support, and I'm here with more content whenever you need it. Lots of love !
Btw go you for finding comfort in your own company!! 😊💕

    hey Alessia,
I have been watching your videos for quite a while now, and I feel really understood by you. Thank you so much. I have always felt ashamed about talking to my friends/ family about my issues, so this has been really helpful. I felt like nobody would ever understood, especially about my constant need for male validation. I watched your previous video about it + the affirmations and I'm starting to see a change in my way of thinking.
Thank you so much, once again.
hope you have a great day

I am tryna learn to dis cuz I am gonna turn 18 and need to learn to be an adult. 😅I just feel awkward cuz ppl always seem to stare at me or try to approach me when I just wanna run errands and be alone. That’s why I don’t like going out alone. 😅

I completely understand why you don't like going out alone. Being a woman out alone can be a really scary situation. It is sadly one of those things you can't change, you can only look after yourself in small ways.❤❤

Thank you..your talks are so inspiring. I want this quality for me and doing things alone back so bad😅😊. I think it really is connected to the "Spot light effect". Self compassion totally helps me to overcome uncomfortable in public.

Do you have any advice for someone who never goes outside without listening to music? Music is my safe zone, it allows me to escape my worrying thoughts and daydream/ create my own world.
