Once again your video has sparked a wonderful memory from my past; I am amazed at how frequently it happens. I was a child in the 60's and my Grandmother had a tiny toaster. Not doll house scale, but perhaps around 4" tall. There was an ivory slice and a brown slice of bread and they were salt and pepper shakers! I loved it so much. I don't know what happened to it after my grandparents passed, but I imagine they went to a cousin, as I know none of my siblings have it. Amazing how a 16 minute video can bring back a memory and make me smile! You ladies always make my day.

I find it amazing how some of these old dolls house miniatures survive for so many years without getting lost or damaged. The plates of food take me back to the time when I made food packets out of empty cardboard tea boxes for my lundby miniatures - they weren't great but were thrown out many years ago. I used to make things out of cardboard as a child and I think I would have loved all of these miniature furniture kits that you can buy to put together if they had been around then.

I suspect that the silver thing that you weren't sure about is a baton, possibly for an 11" Barbie. I had that piece many years ago and she held it by sliding her fingers into the small rectangular opening in the center. It's so fun to see our childhoods come flooding back on these unboxings!

I love the small plates that somebody has drawn ; always the best . I remember making loads of poncho's for my dolls in the 60's from my mums sewing scraps and thinking I was Biba or could be . But then I also thought ; if I tried very hard , that I might be able to fly . Imagination is the favourite part of my whole body.

What a lovely collection of mini doll house items. I must admit i do love these opening up and showing whats inside your wrapped up collections. Things you've received and bought. Those hand drawn plates of food were adorable. If you don't ever use those, you could make some very cute lapel badges out of them. You could cover in resin to protect them. 😊
Just an idea. Its a shame not to use them.
The house you showed at the end looks so lovely. As always a very entertaining post. Thank you ladies. X

The rose of those cute flower pots looks like a tulip to me. The petals are folded a bit like a rose, but the leaves and stem look much more tulip like. I'm such a plant nerd. 🤦
The pole with the knobs on the end and the handle in the middle, reminds me of a piece from a late 60s to mid 70s Barbie accessory. It was a baton for the girls who twirled batons and would march with marching bands for sports contests or parades. I don't know if that was much of a thing across the pond or not, but I seem to remember getting one with a Skipper doll, an early teen Barbie family member, back in that time.
Really fun mix of pieces in this unboxing.

The whats that silver stick is a twirling baton for a fashion doll. The toaster and roll with bun molded on plate is Barton. The oil lamp is a 1960-70s gumball machine prize. Your flowers in pots c 1945-55 by the looks of the plastic.

Again the toaster I got in the late 1970s. I have actually tried to use my bread platter recently, but can't find the best place for it yet.

That metal bar could be a curtain rail.. Or as there are a lot of kitchen things, it could be the bar thar goes in front of a coal and wood cooker. If you look up Bilbaina.. You will see exactly what I mean. Normally you put your kitchen cloth there so it's warm, and the large metal tools used to keep up the fire in the cooker. They are still used in some old houses here in north spain, the new versions are very expensive... I WANTED ONE... but far too expensive..
