Tightening the motor against the aluminium housing without solid spacers because of the long socket is going to damage the motors bearings. They aren't made for side loading at all. Best with a small socket or spacers between motor & housing. 😀👍
I was just thinking about blending filaments- sounds like it might be an interesting tool for a creative mind. Seems like the Filastruder worked very well for you, I hope it doesn't break to easily. Thanks for your answer, you're very helpful as there is not to much info about this machine!
Nope, I don't look at solidoodle to often, but it might be a good hint. Sound like it could be a good investment for someone who wants to do a lot of printing as you said. You answers helped me to imagine what to expect from this still not very well known machine, so thanks again!
fantastic
Thanks so much. Great Video!
Very nice video. thanks!
Nice video, great multitasking. But I'm dying: "and what I'm hopening is going to happen"..... 😂🤣
It totally happened too!
great job, you could upload a video detailing the electrical connections?
Hey! What kinds of filament can this make? Just ABS / PLA or can you make high end filaments like Nylons etc? :)

I did end up replacing the socket with a shorter one.
How is it working for you? Have you produced any decent filament with it? : ]

how much clearance is there between the auger and internal diameter of the pipe ?
possible for you to measure the clearance, i'm trying to build one for myself but i'm not sure how much clearance is acceptable
Nice video. I actually watched another few before this and they weren't nearly as thorough or helpful.
