Nothing like our plain Jane American turkey and sides, I think I will try these on an off holiday like Easter and see how my family takes it. It all looks more interesting and lovely than what we traditionally have had since back in the day when Grandma cooked it. You make good videos and your enthusiasm is catching. We have Thanksgiving for turkey so we wouldn't do turkey again at Christmas at least the majority of us. I do a prime rib roast shrimp cocktail and french onion soup and a potato dish and some very thick sliced bacon on a plate which is what they do in the expensive steakhouses.

My grandparents came from Ireland I wish I had gotten home cooking reciepes from them before they passed away but I was very little. Can you please tell me what kind of ham to buy if you were here in America ?
