If this still not working go to startup settings then press restart then press 4 it will take you to safe mode then shut down and turn it back on then the problem should be fixed👍

Hey Guys I’ll tell you what worked for me, for those of you that can’t get it to boot or create a restore point … all you need to do is go in advanced options and then uninstall updates, make sure to uninstall quality and feature updates then let your computer downgrade to the old version and you will smile again … Good luck

Bootrec didn't worked it says not recognised plus showed didnt find any corrupt file Plus my system cursor froze once too And yesterday its fan was still running even after shutdown Do u think.there is something wrong with the device as its new and only 30 days old?

When i click command promot my pc doesnt enetr that the mouse works but i can no longer click anything after i click command promot it lags

Some kind of defect in RAM or because of a corrupted OS(pirated) , it happened with me
