Honestly, I think battery life is the single most important aspect for many people. It's the reason I switched from Android to the 13 Pro Max! And yes, it is WILD. I'm getting two whole days as well and I've never experienced this before.

@@Hymhum it’s amazing. The battery life is insane I couldn’t kill it if I tried. Face ID is also way faster than I thought it would be so I don’t miss my fingerprint sensor as much. iOS is way better than I remember it now that they got widgets and all that. The camera upgrade is also insane. Won’t be going back to android probably

Lol, iPhone has ALWAYS had worse batteries than android. Their lifespan is WAY shorter. After 1-2 years, they lose 40-60% capacity. Do some research. 🤷🏻♀️

I received my 13 pro max on launch day and no matter how hard I try, my battery has never gone down below 35%. I ‘ve gotten about 8.5 of screen on time a few times. Upgrading from a XS max btw.
is it worth it? I also upgrading from xs max, but haven't received it yet. sometimes I wonder if I should wait for the next model.
How is the big size handling ?
@@vnstsoom7804 Huge upgrade. 120hz. cameras. batteries. XDR Display with better contrast ratio + XDR as mentioned, main upgrade is 120hz for me though. Cameras are MENTAL. Battery is just insane. Front facing camera is also a lot better. Build quality etc. A15 blitzes the A12. worth every penny

@@vnstsoom7804 For me, it's soooo worth it. Just not being worried about my battery throughout the day makes this worth it. The camera improvements and the screen is also very noticeable. Dare I say, tthe 13 pro max could get "too bright" sometimes. lol...It's a heavy phone though, relative to the XS Max, but it gives it a luxe feel.

Mine arrived yesterday. I've been watching TH-cam videos non-stop since 6am and now (at 2:11pm) I'm currently sitting at 79%. This is my first iPhone and I'm pretty impressed. Only gripe is that the screen doesn't get DIM enough
In your accessibility short cut you can use the reduce white point feature to make the screen dimmer, you can click the Siri button 3 times to go through the shortcuts
Does charging it overnight make the battery worse or?
@@dk_yz no. My battery health is still at 100% and it has a feature where it won't charge fully until close to when you wake up

My wife gave me a 13 Pro Max a few days ago. My first iPhone ever. (im 35). Still getting used to it but overall an awesome experience. Just love the quality of the phone itself. Amazing 🔥🔥
I completely agree! I got the 13pro Max on release day and as I was coming from the XR, I have been more than impressed by the battery life. Currently last charged on Monday 12PM, it’s Tuesday 05:52 and I am on 40%.

I got an S20 ultra and last time I charged was 6 o'clock in the morning yesterday and it's still at 78 percent at 7:41pm. Just trying to get an idea because I'm doing Computer Science and Apple offers more applications that fits my needs. Prefer Samsung cause of the hardware, but I need more software.

@@KamberBCT i prefer the “smaller” phone for everyday use since 6.1 in and 6.5 in not that big of a difference but i miss the bigger screen for media consumption. That’s when i grab my xs max whenever. Luckily i have both

Finally! Apple realize that making a slightly larger phone to add more battery is better. Battery life and better cameras at low light is the selling point. It's easily the best iPhone ever made... for now ;)

The raisivity of the edges on the 13 pro max cases impressed me to be honest. Apple is usually focused on making their product accessories slim but they finally did something right.

My 13 ProMax was delivered on Wednesday. I’m also in awe of the battery life. I’m going to try and get it to zero percent over the weekend. I always charge while I sleep. Now I’m unplugging it before I fall asleep and I’m still over 50% the next night when I get home. :)

Nice. I got mine on Thursday and took it off charge at 5:59 am yesterday morning and am down to 11% after 33 1/2 hours with my regular usage. Wow!! BTW, I came from the Iphone X
I never had battery issue with most iphone. Charge while driving, charge while at the gym, sleep. I don't get how so many ppl have battery issue. Possibly because I have charge located all over house. Kitchen, living room, next to my bed, working space., a the gym . If I need to answer a call or change to certain music I use my apple watch.
I’ve heard it can be dangerous to charge your devices overnight, because they could overheat and cause fires.
No cap the battery life is amazing definitely one of my favorite things about this phone.
Who you telling 😎. Not having to worry about recharging your device when you’re out with friends is a relief. Now if IOS only finally took advantage of the screen real estate for their larger display phones!

I upgraded my iPhone 11 Pro Max for the 13 Pro Max to take advantage of the trade in value.
I did to for my 11 pro at AT&T. Traded it in for a 13 pro for $1000 so all I had to pay was just tax. Kinda sad to let go of my Midnight Green color but happy for Sierra Blue
same just the other day i got 1000$ for it and it was.. horribly broken all over. the only thing is that it worked absolutely fine and all 3 cameras were still intact. just couldn’t use it because the broken glass
How much trade in value you got for 11 pro max?
@@onlyrohit2006 if you get any iPhone 13 from curry’s, you get an extra £50 when you trade in. You get a lot more money than selling it to apple, but it’s harder to tell when they will get stock at curry’s

My first “smart phone” was the 5S. Bought it myself after settling in a full time job. Used it for years then upgraded to the 7+ just after the X came out as I didn’t see the need for the latest one. Still using the 7+ now but have just ordered the 13 Pro Max as this phone is now dying.. battery needs charging twice a day, won’t charge unless in a certain position, screen cracked, etc... 😅
@@koloan93 Same problem I had with my 5 years old iPhone 7 plus with battery, otherwise phone was in good state, therefore, upgraded to iPhone 13, feels a major upgrade 🙂
I changed the battery, otherwise my phone was also unusable; keeping it on ios 12, it is still really smooth :D
@@koloan93 same here. If the screen is undamaged I’ll definitely spend 70 dollars to replace the battery for my 7+. Use it for 4 years and the battery is only 70% of peak.
Your gonna have to get a new phone sooner or later it doesn’t have to be an iPhone but yea Apple makes iOS every other times and the 6s isn’t gonna support any newer iOS anymore
I ordered mine September 22nd from my phone carrier and got it around 1 week later , even though I wasn’t expecting it to arrive until the 3rd week of October. I live in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦.

I bought 6.1 pro cause it’s my first iPhone and I wanted something familiar in my pocket. I’m loving the comfort of this phone in my pocket. (I’m a construction worker) also battery life is just as good to. Next year I’ll try a max version and that will determine the size I use for every other iPhone.

Just got a 13 Pro max coming from and iPhone XR. I do gaming and TH-cam and twitter and I wake up at 6am as well. First day fully charged and it’s 2:20pm now and it’s still 77% this battery is insane!

This is cool and all. But the mini is definitely my jam, although I would probably like having a telephoto. But, I have a dedicated camera that I like, so there is no need for me to have wild cameras on my phone, it just needs to be a phone for me.

I use my 12 pro max all day every day. The weight was so much that using my pinky while holding it one handed was causing pain in my forearm all the way from my pinky finger to my elbow. I had been using it one handed for hours a day for months. I got the MagSafe pop socket and it has been clutch. 100% recommended if you wanna use the 12 or 13 Max.

I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max a week ago and it’s amazing I also charged it only once last night and been using it all day like I usually do and now it’s 4 in the morning and at 66% charge still like how 🤯🤯🤯
Got my 13 pro max last friday. And yes, it lasted for almost 2 days. It somehow depends on how u use it but the battery could hold up a little longer and it’s great! 🔥
Nobody has mentioned the awesome looking macro capability of the 13 pro max camera. I am probably saving money by buying the 13pro max instead of a macro lens for my dslr camera, (and to replace my hundred-year-old iPhone SE! ) I can’t wait for it to arrive !

I got the iPhone 7 back when it first came out while I was in middle school and now I’m in my 2nd year in uni. Due to certain financial circumstances I was not able to upgrade. Now I’m finally upgrading to the 13 pro and can’t wait for it to arrive :)

Yes, I love all the upgrades Apple packed into the 13 Pro Max but, for me, it's definitely ALL about the phenomenal battery life! Because as we all know, it doesn't matter how many leading edge features a phone has if using them means searching for a charger after only a few hours of screen on time. I have positively no reservations about implementing every single feature this phone offers without the slightest hint of battery anxiety. I've used all sorts of phones both iOS and Android and this is the first phone I've ever been able to say that about. Period! BTW, I bought the Pro Max 1TB. Keep up the great work!

I visited my phone carrier yesterday to have my Apple Watch fixed, and am considering an upgrade from the 11 Pro to the 13 Pro Max.
I already did buy the 13 promax. And yes, I bought the 1 TB version. I like the cameras for sure and I like the bigger screen because I actually edit my videos on my device using LumaFusion.

@@zombi6535 many reasons there are people who take a ton of pics and video . then the PRO Res video format on the iphone takes like 10 gigs per 4 minutes of recording or something ridiculous like that , i also know people who do youtube and are social media influencers that use their iphone as their main camera they dont get DSLR cameras just the iphone to make content so it most likely fills up quick .

I have the iPhone 13 ProMax and it really DOES have some crazy good battery life. I am getting a full two days use before I have to charge it. It’s insane, but I’m loving it!

@@froznfire9531 It won't last you 2 whole days if you're playing intensive games, but unless you're playing all day, it won't crap out either. I played a couple hours of Genshin the other day, among all the other media consumption (TH-cam, Netflix, Facetime, etc.), and ended the day with 30%. Really great if you ask me, I would have had to charge it mid-day with previous phones.

@@sw4mp38 mine doesn’t really get hot. If anything it just gets a tad warm which is normal for phones especially bigger ones. I love this phone so much that I honestly would keep this thing for years

@@dylanpower1438 yeah. Mine said wouldn’t ship until the 12th then it said 6th - 12th and shipped on 6th. Maybe yours will come earlier. I got the blue one so they said it may get here quicker since less orders on it. The blue isn’t like the pics. It’s hardly noticeable as a color. Yeah… Mine not only crashed a lot, crop 5 pics and crash etc. I use it for work taking photos and after 5-10 non flash photos, it overheats really bad. I have to put it in the fridge for 5 minutes then take 5 more pics and so on. Can’t wait to not deal with that. Bummed that several apps aren’t updated for iOS 15 and won’t even launch now like Layout. It’s stupid you pay $1500 or more and they don’t give you a power plug! It’s a type C connector so a lot don’t have that. I do for my iPad Pro but need another now. Trying the MagSafe charger too. Not here yet.

I have the iPhone 13 ProMax in Sierra Blue and it’s awesome. I like it because it’s big and heavy with a big screen and big battery. Also all the technology in the iPhone 13 ProMax is awesome like camera, processor, cameras, and even pro-motion, and everything about it is amazing.
Just upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro max with an Apple Watch series 6 got a 3 - 4 week wait on the phone arriving though 😭 been a long time Android user going from a Note 10+ 5g
Why series 6 though. SE is more than enough tbh. You’ll get the bang for your buck unless the AOD is an absolute necessary forbyou

I think the only thing holding me back from getting any of the 13 series is the lightning port. I’m hoping that the 14 will finally have usb c so I can upgrade my phone
