What about Baze and Chirut? They have stronger synergy together And you did try scariff wasn’t he any good? His revives are great especially also when using MM. So some suggestions - Leia, drogan, R2, scariff, MM - Leia, drogan, Chirut, Baze, MM - Leia, drogan, R2, Baze, MM And Princess Leia omi, and ahsoka fulcrum omi are very good ideas!!! I have Leia omi and many have underestimated Ackbar and Leia combo….I can only imagine what she’ll do with GL Leia P.S. please give us an update after a few weeks with different teams comps and their uses!
My favorite part is when drogan says the iconic line " the empire are the bad guys. " before he drogans all over the enemy team and oneshots the emperor.
That’s a good iconic moment but my favorite is when he says “It’s Drogan Time!” and proceeds to tear a hole in the fabric of space, time, and reality. Classic Star Wars stuff!
If I recall correctly we lost more than one battle to LV due to Thrawn doing some good plays and Vader killing off drogan, and if this is true I think LV should be moved to hard to either soft or difficult counter. LV probably has the only shot at taking reliably killing drogan due to Vader and Maul, which is the engine of the team
I also have a theory. Each capital ship will be tied to the faction that is getting a GL. It happened when piet and executor came out, we got lord vader for empire, Profunity, and then Leia comes out. Maybe we will see Gl revan next year with Leviathan as a requirement?
From the first days in this game I started with the Rebel (Episodes 4-6) faction and now they are getting a Legend it is just good and I will definitely go for it!
The solo thing might not seem important but it will come into play with her on defense. She’ll make for an easy cleanup, or might not even hold at all if you take out the important adds. Either way it will open her up to off meta counters like using bounty hunters to snipe out Drogan and then clean her up with something else
It’s crazy how far I have come in playing f2p since at least a year before Covid. I only am at 8.2 mil GP have all characters that need only 25 shards to unlock. I am now working on my sixth GL. Will only have LV and Jabba to go. Once you get to a certain point you really start coasting.
I liked the stream a lot! I think 3v3 testing would also be really really good since you have people setting the teams on defense for you in squad arena
Looking forward to the defensive gameplay. Still not sure who the best fifth is (or even fourth really? All seem trivial outside of Leia the Lifter, Drogan the GL and R2 the stat sharer), but real glad Kanan doesn’t appear necessary at all!
I really want to see wedge in that ezra slot, if you pull back turn meter on him first turn, then buff him with keen stratagem from drogan. his grenade should crit for 100k+ under protection, destroying a lot of characters.
@@maverick-is-good the idea is that you use it first turn to wipe out multiple low health chars, it should easily one shot a lot of relic 5ish attackers on non LV teams by hitting under protection. Kyle's aoe might even hit harder but no one set that up turn 1. Who cares about 300k overkill if you can kill multiple squishy attackers in the first go instead of just 1.
Vince really has me sold on farm boy Luke. 40% turn meter gains on his basic with ramping damage also baked into kit. He already displayed drogan levels of damage with him. I’m liking baze as the tank as well. I think more relics on him would be very good. Also, an honorable mention for perhaps defense is mon mothma modded in particular to be blazing fast so her health equalization and revives are more relevant. Not to mention her summon dispels on basic. I hope this sparks more testing ideas for you.
He’l stack just like Ezra did except with crit damage instead of offense. But unlike ezra he will take more turns because of his basic and Leia’s retribution. Crit damage mods with decent cc and speed and I think we would see damage like drogan maybe.
Am I the only one that passionately hates this? Star Wars is one of the biggest IPs ever, with hundreds upon hundreds of characters. And CG decides to not only make up some random af, obscure character in Drogan, but give him a basic attack hitting 5 to 10 fold what a character like LUKE frigging SKYWALKER is hitting? I am sooooo over CG 😂

What about no speed and just put all health mods on instead so Leia's ult/fracture might stick around longer 🤷 or is her base speed too fast, and it won't matter?
Wondering if you found that you needed certain chars/teams to counter some GLs? Wondering if CG tried a strategy here where she’s not as strong on D because if you put in a team that counters one GL (eg old Ben and ezra), you open that up to something like LV or SEE with all the Jedi/rebel combos. Obviously we don’t know the optimal team yet, but that’d be a cool way to give her some defensive viability at the lower levels and start to pull it away as your opponent gets access to more and more GLs
Dang, Its great to be in the empire today. She is dominant, however, I hope the next Galatic Legend is more exciting and a character the community can be hyped about. Next up, legacy character and then next year admiral Trench capital ship.
Basically; take out dragon Drogon; else be taken down by the Wookiee in the AT-ST Starkiller pulling it outta the sky is still the best, and coolest, full recharge of protection and health in the game anyway.
I’m unsure how to feel about this. I hate nerfs for sure but GLs are all suppose to be equal right? rock, paper, etc.. But able to just 1 shot GLs on a basic seems a bit much. I’ll gladly accept if I’m an unpopular i opinion here
I'm in the same boat. I'm not sure how to feel about the fact that the entire team gets to ignore taunts (and protection?) the entire match. Like, SEE is considered an offensive heavy GL, but he struggles with more counters than Leia does. We'll have to wait to see defensive gameplay, but I'm not sure how to feel about this thus far.
There are a LOT of conditions to do that one shot however that can get screwed over and... honestly, the AI can be stupid so I could see the GLs she counters on defense countering Her easily as well, save MAYBE JMK due to her anti cool down reduction stuff and even then, it feels more like a race to get to the high ground so you can focus fire on Drogan before the AI gets Smart to use his basic.
You mentioned Ezra, but I didn't hear anything about Kanan? Since the devs recommended Kanan and Old Ben I figured that was worth a try. Did that not work out very well?

Depends if the new rebel was a tank or attacker/support. The team seems to need that taunting tank, so unless the new rebel is also a taunting tank, Ezra seems like the first to go.
see possibly beating leia? just link drogan and if you have wat or armorer then after drogan is gone see should be able to get the win probably not a high banner win however

It was fine once I figured out the right team comp but Darth Vader is a bit scarier than some of the others.

TBH, I like it when the newest Galactic Legend can't railroad every other one. They should be a mixed bag when it comes to the other GLs.

I did try out some Mothma the other day! Was an alright option! Luke I’m hesitant on since I don’t want to invest in his TW Omicron…. For now!

Depends if the new rebel was a tank or attacker/support. The team seems to need that taunting tank, so unless the new rebel is also a taunting tank, Ezra seems like the first to go.
