I just recently heard about the story where he had a series of matches with Steamboat in 2008 and changed the result of one of them on the fly, giving Steamboat a win over him when Jericho was booked to win.

Imo, TLC III on Smackdown May 24th 2001 was the best one, where Benoit and Jericho retain. From Matt Hardy moving out the way from Benoit’s diving headbutt, to the Christian chair shot to Jericho, the 3D to Edge from the top turnbuckle, to Benoit returning to the ring and grabbing the tag titles after taking a gruesome Con-chair-to by E&C to his injured ribs. Imo, it was the greatest Smackdown match I’ve ever watched. I swear. Felt like a PPV. It’s a shame that it was tarnished by that fateful summer of 2007. RIP Chris, Nancy and Daniel Benoit

For some reason I thought Jeff hardy vs edge @ Extrene rules 2009 was a TLC match not a ladder match. It should've been as both men were abundant in the top 15 of all time. Could've and would've been top 6/7 in this list for sure
man, remember when we used to get steel cage matches like every 3 weeks and ladder matches happened like every month or so and no DQ matches happened as frequently as cage matches. Last Man Standing matches happened like at least once every 3 months on pay per view. And everyone was actually aggressive and intense.

In between of the matches where it lists the next match, there is a silhouette of a guy falling off the ladder. Each time he was so close to hitting and going through the table but he didn’t, which made me mad, lol.
I'm not a fan of triple "neverjob" H, but I really liked the broken ladder finish. It was something you'd never seen, in a match that you've seen everything.

The tlc match between flair and edge and the hardcore match between flair and big show for the ecw title kinda proved to me that flair could still go well into his 60s

It's one of the strongest rivalries in WWE history, full stop. It didn't just change the WWE tag-team division. It genuinely changed the entire landscape of professional wrestling. Very few feuds can say that, and I don't know if any tag-team feud can even come close to claiming that.
The chemistry between edge and Christian, the hardy boys and the Dudley boys was the best when it came to tag team matches. Their tlc matches were the best.

It really makes me sad about Chris Benoit. Watching through old WCW and late 90s early 2000s wwf, man Benoit was really good. Sad about what happens, and its uncomfortable to hear the commentators say stuff like "He might just go ahead and kill his opponent."
I was at TLC 2015. I remember when I was coming out of the bathroom and Roman was right in front of my face when I came out. If I walked out any faster I could have bumped into him 😂
As a kid I was a die hard Hardy Boyz fan. I was 13 and they jumped off the most high shit. That said, I HATED Edge and Christian… Until… Edge nailed that flying spear at Wrestlemania X7. Even at 13 years old I recognized how tough you have to be to create a moment like that. From that moment on Edge had my begrudging teenage respect. As the Rated R Superstar he went on to be one of my favorite wrestlers to watch over the course of the next decade. God DAMN I miss that era of WWE.
No RVD vs Eddie Guerrero on Raw? Some of those spots in that match, like the sunset flip powerbomb from the ladder had never been seen before, then later copied for years to come.

how about ranking the top tag team ladder matches? aka, only ladder matches that were tag team based. Or maybe the scariest bumps made in ladder and TLC matches
Edge is if I am correct,the 1st Wrestler to defend his newly won WWE Championship in a match he can be credited for creating,against a former WWE Champion in his own right and Hall Of Famer in 2 Years and on Free TV. Wow. Plus to become a Hall Of Famer himself as well.....Damn dude that's Legendary!

It really makes me sad about Chris Benoit. Watching through old WCW and late 90s early 2000s wwf, man Benoit was really good. Sad about what happens, and its uncomfortable to hear the commentators say stuff like "He might just go ahead and kill his opponent."

As a kid I was a die hard Hardy Boyz fan. I was 13 and they jumped off the most high shit.
That said, I HATED Edge and Christian… Until… Edge nailed that flying spear at Wrestlemania X7. Even at 13 years old I recognized how tough you have to be to create a moment like that. From that moment on Edge had my begrudging teenage respect. As the Rated R Superstar he went on to be one of my favorite wrestlers to watch over the course of the next decade. God DAMN I miss that era of WWE.
So the next update to this list technically needs to include Braun Strowman vs Baron Corbin :-(

Holy fuck. That number one deserves to be there. I've lost count of how many times I have rewatched that WM 17 TLC. Edge spearing Jeff is one of the most deranged thing that any WWE superstar has ever done.
