I've lived in Mass my whole life. I think it's easier to say Lowell is pronounced: Low-Wool. (Of course the w in low is silent so it will sound like Lo-wool) ) Concord: Con-Curd. Quincy: Quinn-Zee Peabody: Pea-Buddy or Pee-Buddy. Worcester: Wuss-Tah

And NO we do not all have that accent that everyone loves to do. They're all English town names, that I'm very familiar with. All except Cochituate, I guess that's Native American? It's interesting to see that modern Massachusetts people (Massachuttians? Massachuttese? The Mass-o-Chusetts???) still pronounce nearly all of them the same way we do. Though Leominster is even more basic in England: "Lem-ster".
