I really really miss some midnight quilter when you went through the whole process of making the quilt and then doing the twiling at the end I know that you really love the quilting I just I miss it so much you were my favorite show to watch out of everything but but you’re doing what you want and I am glad that you’re able to do that I really am I’m just saying once in a while maybe you could go back to the old way? Lol God bless
I do too. But there was a whole team behind that. They probably had several quilts in several stages of production including the finished quilt. Which probably took several people to make. Plus all the lighting, music, etc. A production crew makes it look fast and easy.
I think she uses one of those stick down glide things. I forget the name but I have seen it on her website. It has temporary adhesive squares and helps the quilt glide.... it will come to me... shoot!
What is the hazard of using a high shank ruler on a low shank machine? I just loved this demo of what Petunia can do! Maybe Creative Grid needs to know there is a demand out there.
I am desperate! I have gotten quite a few quilts from customers lately that have been stored and/or handled before they were finished (by me) and I am fighting WARP! Help! Is there a way to remedy this in a quilt top that has been made and then roughed up a little too much before making it to the longarmer? If I get through everyone's backlog and keep them quilting new fresh projects they won't be as shop-worn, but until then I need a solution! I also inherited a vintage quilt top. I am bracing for that to be all stretched, but at least that is mine and i can trim points if I want to get her back square and straight.
