A most excellent beginners guide, Craig! I love the way you calmly and clearly explain each aspect of making an RC car go together and everything you are going to need, and more importantly, reasons why. Excellent words of advice all the way mate! Enjoyed the cats too! All the best, mate. :D
Many thanks Keith! It was a very long afternoon recording all this in one sitting 😁 I hope plenty of new RC fans get inspired and informed by my ramblings to keep our hobby alive 🙌🏻
We started with the original and a Kysoho Raider. Still have them both! We had some great times back then and it is great to enjoy the hobby now as adults too!
I saw the title and thought well l started this hobby way back in 1983 so probably not a video for me this time! Well how wrong was l my friend! So pleased l stopped for a quick look because I am a big lover of cats and loved the cats getting up to no good in this vid!🤣 Helpful vid for a novice starting up too Craig 😉👍
Cheers James! Joey was a cheeky chap when it came to the receiver and did not disappoint in providing entertainment. I hope it is useful for people starting out and encourages them to give RC a go
My brain switched off as soon as the kitties entered the frame, sorry OAG better luck next time. Just kidding! Really good video there, informative, comprehensive, easy to understand. Much love from Indonesia.
Cheers brother!! It seems to have landed well and been watched a few times already. If it inspires a few new members to the RC community then job done 😁

Looks good in black. No comment about cats, we have 2 and sometimes, they can be a bit annoying, just a bit 😂. Anyway, great build guide 👍🤝
Thanks Gabriel. The cats always pop up when I am building in the house!
Great video.
Cheers Paul. Hope people find it useful
Top😊
Thank you 👍🏻
Remove all the preload clips from your shocks. The Grasshopper has no weight at all, for these cva's do any work the need to be as soft as possible.
Thanks Jess. I will bare that in mind before I run it 🙌🏻 Great tip for those out there watching this 👍🏻
