Beautiful home. I love the flooring and kitchen cabinetry. I agree with you, that bedroom/ office is best served as an office. If anything I would add a Murphy bed in the office. This way you have the best of both worlds in that room. I am with you definitely needs the photovoltaic.
My only issue is that the driveway and the main door are leveled. Im surprised it passed inspection. When it rains a lot water might enter the house. Just FYI. Otherwise beautiful house.
The loud music? How close is the next house? The view is gorgeous but with the loud noise, it is not worth it. Just with the noise... moving on to your next video.
The problem is not the demand side of the equation, its the supply side. Our local leaders stop building whenever they can. If there is less of something prices will always go up.
