Pakistan economic challenges: Government anxiously awaiting $7bn IMF bailout

- Concern's mounting in Pakistan that a 7-billion-dollar economic bailout from the International Monetary Fund is faltering.
The deal was reached in July but Pakistan's accusing the IMF of stalling.
Pakistani and IMF officials are meeting on Wednesday to discuss the deal.
The country's economy faced a slump after years of political instability.
It's shown some signs of improvement that the government's anxious to maintain.
More than a-third of Pakistan’s population is suffering from mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression.
That’s according to a report from the health ministry.
It says some of the causes are rising prices and a lack of jobs.
Al Jazeera’s Kamal Hyder reports from Islamabad, Pakistan.

Pakistan has become far too car dependent because homes and shops are spread out, hence partly why people don't walk as much anymore, the other reasons being that its too hot to walk out because of smoke and carbon emission from engines and that its too dangerous because traffic may hit walkers.
