I go to the gym at my old college, and I enjoy using social media because the basketball team also uses the same gym. One day, I noticed a group of players using their cell phones instead of working out. I took a picture and mentioned that I used to send similar pictures to my education teacher while I was a student, waiting for the results of the next match. I think it would be interesting for other students to see a picture of the players using their cell phones instead of practicing, especially considering the impact it could have on the college's reputation. It's intriguing to see the communication dynamics between different generations, such as X, myself, and Z, themeselves. Despite what might be perceived, I'm not asshole but I only used to be a fisc employe and understand the importance to be first.
It’s very much so possible to train to much. It really just depends on your body and experience level. Just listen to your body, if it says it’s tired listen
