This song was more popular for its borderline scandalousness than anything else. I still remember being thoroughly embarrassed when this was playing on a public bus with my mom sitting next to me and that was the first time either of us had heard it. Without mom, I might have ignored it but the awkwardness of the situation is not something I'll easily forget.

Oh gawd! I don't know what happened but the song video stopped half way, so you didn't watch the entire thing. Madhuri Dixit is a fine classical dancer, she learnt Kathak, and trained for many years. Her expressions are beautiful as is her movement, and speed and control she has over her feet is just brilliant. That's what being a Kathak dancer teaches you; flow control. Madhuri carries that beautifully across into her acting performances too. She is just wow!!!
