Madhuri was once no.1 after sridevi left bollywood but she never considered superstar.
Like we usually say everyone superstar now. But there are only few superstars.. like first superstar is rajesh khanna . Than amitabh bachhan than shahrukh khan ( govinda rule 90's but still not considered no.1 cause his films was mid range like now Akshay Kumar's films did) . After shahrukh khan there is salman khan .. current era of Salman Khan and amir khan..
