When you type in zero in the plane offset, does that mean that it uses G54 as the default coordinate system? Or can you use different coordinate systems?
This would have been useful a year ago. Haha but good job man, I learned some new things from ya! Keep up the good work. Hopefully you can make some more of these. Quick question, where do you set your Origin? Do you do it at the bottom of the part?
What about center of rotation? Any time I’ve had mastercam index for me, we set wcs at center of rotation and translate workpiece to measured distance from center of rotation
@@Hanal503 I know that silly, Im talking about using one g54 from top view and using mastercam to rotate while keeping positioning accurate. I can explain more but don’t have enough room in the comments section. This is where DWO and TCPC come in
What is different to other 5th axis all axis moving? Thank you Sir. And I would like learn how and what can I get books or DVD for this? This is easier than all axis moving? Thanks again
This is just a quick example, You can merge in your tooling at any time. There is another video that is meant to run at machine with the tooling included.
I'm new to Mastercam so this is gold to me thanks. SUBSCRIBED

Would you be able to drop a link to the UMC-750 model for machine simulation?
Thanks a lot. You really make cool video tutorial
awesome

The machines we have use DWO and TCPC so there is no need to sync the MRZP and program.
@@BrianWickhamMFG that makes life easy, our Haas does that too. Thanks for your response, I like your videos!!
Why there?😄😄😄 You may have G54 anywhere.
