It is a lovely design. I can imagine this as a wonderful start. I love the huge walkthrough windows. The size is great for a single. Love the wood detail and covered porch!
But there are a few things...
Primarily, where are you housing the mechanicals?... where is the hot water heater & HVAC?
Then as a secondary....storage? I can understand here is no laundry but where do I put my mop or vacuum? There is so little storage. What if my guest has a coat? Or any bath supplies? These designs are so pretty to look at but actually living would be hard. There are two tvs but no place for sheets or extra towels? I would change a few things to take it from pretty on paper to practical.

Yes! You have to look at the practicality and livability of the plan as well. It may look good, but it also has to function well.

Although the tall windows in the bedroom and dining area are nice. I'd have opted for the standard double hung windows myself. Just my personal preference. Overall a very nicely laid out floor plan. Oh and bedroom access to the deck would have been nice to have as well.

So it isn't the square footage of the house that is important, but the large yard, escaping the congestion, that brings peace to the mind.

This is nice.. we understand that in tiny house the spaces are limited. For me it’s okey that the bedroom near to the bathroom. Normally kitchen is also near to the bathroom.. because its a tiny house. There is no more spaces. 😊

I know these are 1 bedroom house but could you please separate the bedrooms and toilets from the kitchen and lounge by using a passage that is probably 1.5m x 3m please.

Can you design for a modern bungalow, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with a bathroom, open concept, high ceiling with a tropical concept, with a small pool
Looks great but no oven or DW is a no go for me.
Roofs should be extended like one at the porch.all around...for storms with high winds.

I did not see a gutter. Does this house not need gutter system? what happens when it rains a lot?
The only comment is the bathroom, i thought it should be attached to the master bedroom or else everything else is nicely designed..
