I am a big fan of the phone (I own one), but I believe this advertisement could have been cast more effectively with better consideration for its visual representation. It appears to depict a non-white individual being ridiculed by a white individual, which is not a positive or appropriate message to convey. Frankly, it does not sit well with me.

Shutter lag and blurry pictures of any moving subject, bad night mode and selfies, terrible video... and above all - unpredictable results. It's time for them to make some big changes when it comes to camera software. Competition is light years ahead
@@-joo3033 well I'm using 14PM after 10 months of S23U and it comparing them really feels (not only when it comes to cameras) that I was using cheap Android phone from 5-6 years ago. Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Honor... you name it. Basically every other device (even cheaper alternatives, like Pixel a series) has better camera performance. Samsung is stuck with that old and terrible camera software, but as long as users are ready to pay for half finished product, they should continue releasing half finished devices.

slowmotion is the best thing about the s24 ultra. as a video guy like myself, it's a huge plus! however, still aint perfect i hope it has the features of xiaomi like the 3 finger screenshot and the side fingerprint scanner the battery life is also mediocre still great though! i gave up my iphone for this
Warning! Bought a Galaxy 24 Ultra 512 GB. The phone was constantly warm, the battery life was worse than on my S23+ and the fast charging didn´t work. Very bad quality. Contacted their technical support but they we unable to help me becaure the diagnostics system didn´t work for a whole week. They told me to take the phone to a repair shop. Unbelieveble! They want to repair a couple of weeks old premium phone ?!?! My feeling is that they do not care about their customers. Feels that you´re paying for a Ferrari buy they deliver a Lada. I do NOT recommend this device, it will disappoint you. I will not buy another Samsung product. Really bad service and while the technical support can´t help it is impossible to speak to somebody responsible.
a shame there is no 960 fps true option. my s9+ could take much more clear slow motion videos, some even super slow motion were better than this in the video
S24 ultra at the price of 1300$ got a dxomark camera rating of 144 Pixel 8 at the price of 700$ has a dxomark camera rating of 148 It has the AI features coming and same number of updates as samsung and the same crappy repainted exynos Samsung is just killing itself at this point (NB: Pixel 8 pro which is still 300$ cheaper than S24 ultra has dxomark camera rating 153)
You're making display for iphone too but why iphone display is always better than your own displays? In 2024 you should make the best screen that Samsung has ever had on its phones but upgrading from s23 ultra to s24 ultra is like downgrading in display.
