More videos on thick hair styling! I have crazy dense hair with some super fine hair mixed with very thick pieces of hair. It’s naturally pretty straight, but whenever I try to curl it, it takes 10 years and normally ends up looking like an Afro because there is just too much of it.
That does sound really challenging! We do need a video for that!

Jess Hallock I curled my hair last night and it finally looked Instagram worthy because your tips! I what type of hairspray do you recommend to keep curls? I used Kendra texture spray and Kendra firm hold hairspray and my curls still fell 🤦🏽♀️
How do you make it last for 3 days? How do you wear your hair to sleep so it isn’t messed up the next day?

Great tutorial….. got a lot of good tips. I am always torn about putting heat on my hair. I have gray hair…salt and pepper…and I dont want to ruin the texture of it.
my hair is the same length as yours and I'm letting it grow until it is down to my hips I will be 60 years old in 4 days and so tired of wearing it up and watching your videos make it seem so easy and fast to curl but I would love tighter curls. I was wondering if you knew a product that I could use on my hair that would help to get tighter curls, that would last all day? I bought my 15-year-old granddaughter the Conair ceramic 1/2 with 30 different heating settings on it and tried it but couldn't get my hair to do anything, so I'm going to try the way you showed in this video, I'll back to let you know how it turns out, thank you, young lady, you are a very beautiful young lady with a sweet spirit
Very pretty curls! My hair is too oily to not wash and style it everyday!
Use a dry shampoo and see if you can push it one more day!
@@JessHallock I have very oily and heavy natural hair. Using the dry shampoo has extended my curling/waved styles to 4 days. Since I recently started coloring my hair pink, the dry shampoo is even better because washing my hair less also makes my color last longer. You are amazing!

I've been watching your videos the past 4 days and have loved them ALL! SOOOO EASY to understand! Ty! Are your extensions Dreamcatchers?? My niece is a stylist and does my Dreamcatchers! I LOVE them! I JUST took them out like 3 weeks ago to give my real hair a break! Although I love having them and they are so beautiful, they have made my hair so much thinner bc I've worn them for 2-3 years straight (with moving them up and new hair of course). You are beautiful! I’m new to your channel and Instagram so I’m not sure if this has been covered before but I would love to see cute easy looks for daughters! I have a 3 year old that doesn’t let me get near her hair for too long. I’m awful at braids and have never attempted them on her either. But anything besides a ponytail would be a step up for styling her hair lol. I find it so much easier to part my hair and do the left side first then the right I noticed everyone on TH-cam sections their hair the same lol..im.confused was the first products you mentioned a heat protectant???
The video is mirrored! :) I always suggest a oil as a long term heat protectant but I used Aquage as the the first product in the video

Yes i love the video ideas so thank you! As far as thinning I would suggest taking a hair skin and nails supplement and iron! Losing hair in the crown and along the hairline is a hormone reaction!
As far as extensions go I suggest a halo for sure because there is zero tension on your hair :)

I have thin straight hair that’s medium length. By the time I was done curling my hair was already flat.... not sure if the 1.25 barrel is just too big? I used Living Proof dry shampoo and body builder for texture and it’s so flat immediately after. I’d like to message a picture of immediate after effect for advice but I’m not sure how to.
Oh and it was the same curling iron too.

Ok, so day 2 trying the babyliss curling iron and my curls are still falling right out. I just ordered the hair products to try along with it, so hopefully that helps. It’s so frustrating dealing with virgin hair that doesn’t want to hold a curl. I’ve used a straightener to curl for the longest time bc it’s been the best thing to help it hold a little longer, but I’m trying to stay away from the straightener since it’s not as healthy. 😩

This curling iron is made out of titanium, so do you feel like it damages hair more than a ceramic curler does? I was thinking of buying this
It has a ceramic coating! As long as you are using the adjustable heat then I think it is totally safe :)

I love this look! Whenever I straighten or curl my hair and try to not wash it for 3+ days my ends get so dry and it almost seems like my split ends are more visible, is there any thing you can put on the ends to make them soft?! 🙏🏻
Yes! Use a super light weight oil in your hands and run your fingers on your ends to give them hydration! They are just thirsty :)

What are your thoughts about bio ionic graphene mx curling iron?
I used to have super shiny hair and it used to feel like corn silk. I use mayonnaise as a deep conditioner and olive oil too. Ive used so many hair products and keep going back to these two. Ojon used to have an amazing line but no longer around.😞 I have long brown hair w/ natural red high lights. Any advice?!
I would invest in a good hair oil and Mask! Unite makes great products and so does Joico, Kevin Murphy...
I swear I’m doing the exact same thing but my iron is not gliding on my way down the hair the same. It glides at first and then it starts to get stuck. I have super long thick hair and it happens mo matter how small a section
Hey Hailey, it could be the product that you are using on your hair and having possible product build up not allowing to smoothly move down the hair!

Hey Shandy! If you have really thin hair than I would recommend taking bigger sections to get that curl on the ends! :)
