Hey. I'm writing this by google translator, then sorry if i had some mistake. I'm brazillian and i'm trying to learn crochet with the videos from here, but it still difficult. You helped me much more and i'm grateful for that. Don't stop what you're doing, that's amazing. =)
Having started my crochet adventure with an amigurumi kit that used SC the entire time, I have found your videos perfectly paced and well-explained to take me from a kit crochet-er to understanding the different stitches and giving me confidence to pursue free online patterns. So thank you for making this series and for doing it so well!
Your method of making the Magic Circle is absolutely the easiest one I've ever tried (and I've tried "many"!!) The way you explain it is so very simple that I believe even beginner crocheters would have total success in making it. Of course, it takes practice for a beginner to feel comfortable holding the yarn and making stitches into the circle, but that's the secret of crochet. Anyone can crochet if they just keep at it and practice. I was all thumbs when I taught myself to crochet many years ago but I practiced and before I knew it, my crochet was looking pretty good! Didn't take long! Thank you so much for demonstrating this very easy method of creating a magic ring! It's very much appreciated! Phoenix, AZ. 🏜️🌄🌵
I keep losing my count and can never remember if I've done 1 HDC or 2 :( It's also hard for me to count the stitches to double check how many I have. I am a beginner and this is my first project so hopefully it gets easier with time! Love your videos please continue making them!
What's the difference between doing a half double and just a single stitch for this? Does it just depend on the pattern which you do, or is it interchangeable?
i might be wrong about this but if we’re doubling from round to round, wouldn’t round 3 have 32 stitches? not asking because mine did or anything… 😳.. but seriously you’re the best crochet teacher online and it’s amazing that you can left-handed crochet too!!!
You are literally the only TH-camr whose tutorials I can follow without feeling rushed or stressed out. Thank you!!!
Frfrrr

I have to count each time but sometimes I forget (and by sometimes I mean most of the time)
When I did my third row it starting going curly and wavey. Going to try it again. Your videos are the best for crochet.
Try going up a hook size. ❤️
Is there a formula for going even bigger. Like would it be one, one, one, two. Etc?
If I want to continue to make this bigger and stay flat, how would I do so?
I don’t know how you pull the yarn that your not working with and it just closes mine didn’t

It depends on the pattern. They aren’t the same

I still don’t get it like I don’t have the orange thing that u have and I keep messing up it so stressful when I don’t get it
