  • The Star Wars sequel trilogy's new hero built in1/12 scale. Painted and weathered to resemble the dirt and grime from the films.

      Thanks! Yes, I have a stack of Star Wars model kits waiting to be built. I've not had much time lately but the next one is two thirds complete, and will hopefully be my next upload.

      @@tanamaru_terra Btw, although I don't use any in this video, you may find it useful to coat the plastic with a layer of primer to help the paint stick. Especially handy if you're repainting bigger pieces or models. Good luck!

    did you use all of the stickers?

    • @TimeSpentWhere
      @TimeSpentWhere  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, it looks like I only used stickers #22, #26, and #27 viewable here 14:48 . I found the other stickers to be too small and tricky to place, so I used dabs of red paint to represent LEDS instead. If you do decide to place all of the stickers or decals, I'd recommend some needle nose tweezers that are finer than the ones I used. Good luck!

      Time Spent Elsewhere Would scissors be good to use to get the pieces out of the sprue?

    • @TimeSpentWhere
      @TimeSpentWhere  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rbx511 I highly recommend getting a pair of flush cutters, like I use in this video, as they are sharper and more precise than standard scissors. A craft knife can also work, but make sure you use a cutting mat beneath it. These are all useful items to have if you're interested in building more models, and can be found fairly cheaply.

      Time Spent Elsewhere I’ll see if I can look in to getting some flush cutters thanks for the tip!
