The tampon one. K so heard this earlier today. Gotta say from what ive heard from military folk. Theyre handy in ways i didnt see. Also smart if youre driving women around and thry dont have any for whatever reason. BAM there you go.
Story 1. Karen, even in Canada, trespassing is a CRIME! The gazebo is NOT on YOUR property! Therefore, you HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO AUTHORITY over the gazebo! Lady, why not sit in one of the RESERVED seats?
Last story, simple solution: Since OP's Dad thinks the step-siblings are "related" to OP and so are entitled to something, OP (or his Mum) should suggest that the Dad pay new child support to his Mum (for these kids that aren't hers, but are technically her 'ex-step-kids') so his Mum can increase his allowance for babysitting his step-siblings. I bet the step-siblings will quickly stop being "related" after that suggestion.
I LOVE listening to this because for 1, it helps me sleep, and 2, it helps me feel better whenever I'm ill. I'm ill right now, and I am feeling much better by just watching this.
*Story 1:* What's *"karen's"* problem? Doesn't she know *"No!"* means *"No!"* she's not allowed to be on OP's property, for any reason. I'm sure if she'd asked a week or two prior if it's okay with OP to us the gazebo, it might have been okay with OP, provided he's there to watch and make sure nothing gets damaged or stolen. But whatever makes karen think it's okay to just waltz onto OP's property and do anything she wants?
Tampon ride thing is wild. Anyone who did not have my back is walking from now on, full stop. No both sides, no maybe she has a point, no he was too harsh
Story 3: I will say this everytime I hear a story like this. I will never understand why people CAN, let alone WILL, hate their siblings for no reason. Whether they are full, half, or step, it doesn't matter.
Honestly, the whole “young people don’t respect elders” is so stupid and annoying. No one is owed special treatment. Treat everyone with basic respect and compassion. If they’re being an a hole stand your ground and don’t cave in. *Equality means EQUALITY.*
It’s a typical argument. You take something someone can’t change, then assign inherent superiority to it. You can’t suddenly be older than someone and flip the argument on them. It’s frankly a childish way of saying someone’s right with no substance, all while they proceed to act more spoiled about it and think it’s a blank cheque to be as disrespectful as possible. Also don’t expect them to accept this argument, they’ll just say you were being disrespectful
Story 5: i'm sad to say it, but those people are not op's friends, they are only using him. I'm pretty sure that if op wasn't their free taxi, they wouldn't even have him part of their lives. What that woman did was actually service to op, now he knows and he can get better friends.
The third story. The OP isn't the jerk for responding that way but the family is for reacting like that. Now I can understand the family not wanting OP to know that their mom is actually their stepmom, the OP might have rejected their stepmom much like the half siblings rejected the OP, but in this sort of situation you eventually have to tell the kid the truth and hope for the best that things will turn mostly alright. The fifth story. The OP isn't the jerk and since the friend group is being so indecisive, even when they saw just how much of a bitch Marie was, the OP should choose for them and ditch the friend group and wishing them the best on their bar or club hopping.
I disagreed the second story I think the parents were just trying to make sure that you felt cared for and that you were equal in the entire family. Your emotions do count in the circumstance, and the fact that your siblings are being turds to you is not OK. However, you being upset at them for not telling you that you are not biologically related to your mom doesn’t seem like a they were trying to do something mean to you or cause a problem with you. I they wanted you to feel as legally in the family with both of them as possible. So yes, you’re a little bit of a jerk at least towards your parents. However, if you treated your siblings differently, that would not be surprising since they already treat you differently.

Last story: I read this one. She didnt say weirdo, she called him the f slur for having tampons in the car for the girls
Yeah I would t even dignify her with a response. I’d just block her then not open the door if I saw her with her boyfriend
The mother being the stepmother is hilarious. His siblings told him a million times 😂😂😂
