If you do the duneloader mission (50k) and sightseer (20k) you can buy supplies. Fill bunker to 250k and change sessions until you get the 1 phantom wedge (do not go over 250k), This gives you 500k sell. Dead easy. I stopped playing GTA several months ago but I used both characters, swapping from one to the other while waiting for supplies to convert to stock, and could make 1 million dead easy. Obviously each character has to have a bunker. I never bothered with any other businesses as it's too much of a grind to run more than one. And money and car glitches always get patched eventually.
