Wysteria is so beautiful, I’m working in a remodel of an old house and there is a 20’x20’ trellis full of wysteria and it looks stunning so I’m hopping I can steal some seeds from it, the only down side to it is that when you plant it from seed it takes 15 years to flower for the first time, but it’s worth the wait.

Look for vines with air roots, or vine growing along the ground that have sent down roots. Replant them, and they will grow amazingly fast and will flower the second year. I started with one plant and now have four more, started from vines from the original plant.

@@kevinescobar8102 I should've said I have three 7-8 foot tall huge "bushes"/"trees" that are 3-4 feet around, plus a 2 year old that's about 5 feet tall. (They all bloom heavily in the Spring.) A "plant" makes them sound little and they're not. They grow fast and big and full. And just today I found a new vine growing up the fence in a corner of the house - it's at least 10 feet from one of the other ones, so it grew that long against the foundation of the house, unseen, until it reached the fence and is now about 4.5 feet tall and getting new tiny branches!

Nanci Casad yeah they are no ordinary plants, they are gorgeous, the first time I saw the main steam or branch it look like plastic, so I thought it was a fake plant jajaja I was so wrong.
They are the perfect center piece in any garden.

What an amazing story! Japanese woman transplanted over 300 trees. She took on transplanting a huge 300 yo Wisteria tree. She could not figure out how until she empathized with it like a human and from there bandaged the branches and trunk before transporting and now the tree is flourishing even more! Empathy!

So beautiful! It looks like a rain of purple flowers. It would have been spectacular if they've imitated the sinuosity of the tree branches instead of placing everything flat. Still, it's so magical!
