Any project of this size is going to take time and when your dealing with bureaucracy in any country they do things at their speed and keep moving the goalposts. I think a lot of commentators haven't looked at Frogsland on Walking St which is a similar concept and is doing well. Quite often we see uninformed comments by people who actually mean they want somewhere to fail, that's why they can't say anything positive.
I’m just retired from 35 years of construction/Ironworker and your buddy building Las Vegas is a smart man, instead of going cheap and running at 100% spend a little more and run at 60 looking forward to having a few drinks there and let’s not forget your conglomerate of bars 😂 good job

I walked down Soi Diana on my last trip it looked like a small warehouse being built. I stay around that area so I will be visiting Las Vegas beer bar complex on my next trip. Daddies is milder than HP it’s probably why Dan likes it.

The breakfasts looked every bit as good, as what used to be served at the now sadly gone 'Butchers Arms'. Which was my favourite breakfast in Pattaya, well that couple of square miles of Pattaya that I got to know thoroughly. My 1st ever breakfast was in The Jolly Sailor in Soi 8 opposite Flipper Lodge hotel , way back in February '07.
So glad white pudding got a mention. Not many people know it exists.. especially if you’re not Irish. Please tell me you can get hold of it in Pattaya? Top video boys 🙏🏻👍🏻👊🏻💪🏻

No livestream during Songkran the bar has at least 1 inch of water along the floor and our cables are run along the floor. Also, there is bound to be some clown who throws water.

Whenever I come to Pattaya I stay with friends on the dark side and Tropical is a short trip away. Terrific breakfast and overall food menu. While you're tasting dark side breakfasts, try Pepper & Salt next 🍽️
In the oil industry the safe volume for working is 55 DB. Anymore than that can cause hearing issues. Having said that I have been to a Motorhead concert and I think it was about 1 million DB. 🤣

I was just in Vegas for a few days, so it's great to see that iconic sign! Also nice to see some beer bars being built after so many were torn down.

I bought a breakfast like that today in Australia cost me $32 bucks. I cant wait to get back to Thailand .
