Hi Arsen. This is a very short trip to Pattaya. I enjoyed Pier 21 Pattaya, lots of delicious food there. And I also went to Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, very nice place to go. I stayed in Ibis Pattaya, cost me almost 1800 THB, but it was worth it. I just got back from Pattaya 5 days ago 😁

Hi, Arsen. Thank you for sharing your journey to Pattaya. Why did you travel from Bangkok to
Suvarnabhumi Airport when you could have got the bus from Ekkamai to Pattaya for 139 Baht. That would have taken you into central Pattaya instead of Jomtien. I live in Pattaya and there are a number of hotels at that price or cheaper with quality accommodation. Anyway, I always enjoy your videos.
Thank you for the comment, the reason I went to suvarnabhumi airport, I met a friend behind the scenes he was traveling back to his country, and mor fun to see the airport and updated you, another thing yes there are lots of good choices in Pattaya usually I stay in better places, but since I was there for one night " work trip" and I saw this hotel price I said let's try .... but 😃

Hi Arsen, Thank you for another great video. I just arrived in Thailand (staying in Jomtien) and your video's helped me feel more confident at the airport and beyond as I have never been to Thailand and travelled here alone so I was very nervous. Maybe now I can catch the bus next time instead of Taxi to airport! I would like to go to Bankok for a few days soon, can you please suggest a good area, nice to stay and maybe a hotel you recommend if not too much trouble? I will definitely catch the ferry to the shoppping mall you showed as well. Thanks again for the great information you provided.
What is your budget for hotel i actually just got to bangkok like 6 days ago im leaving my hotel now and moving into my condo. There are decent hotels for cheap but if you want better it will be above 2000 baht per night the one im in is s31 hotel but much more expensive haha

It's a big help. 800 B , that is not CHEAP, 400 is cheap ( like me ) LOL. Does the bus have air conditioner ? Is it nice and cool in there ? How come you got off in Jomtien when you got there , isn't there another bus drop off closer to central Pattaya ?

I had a really good stay at the Vouge hotel. It was nice and convenient. Only one problem was. The hospital
Is near and occasionally you would hear a siren from an ambulance. But not too many times. I put my bags down on the bed, and used the rest room, then there was a man standing on the balcony, freaked me out. But then I realized, he was painting the builing exterior. These guys hung from ropes and worked their way down as they were painting.
I plan to retire in Jomtien in 2031 and I WANT THAT BULLET TRAIN 😀

Go for Ekkmai if you’re staying near asok as its only 4 BTS stops away. Make sure u know where u want to be dropped as most airport buses will drop you in Jomtien rather than Pattaya city so it also depends on where you want to be dropped. Whatever you do, avoid taking the vans. Always get the big buses. There’s no luggage space in the vans and it’s not a reliable service, I had to wait 1.5 hours and on top of that, the van made multiple stops rather than going straight to Pattaya.

A pre-arranged taxi service would be your best choice, it costs around 1200 to 1400 THB, 300 THB more from Bangkok city centre.
You were never on 3rd road. You were on Soi Baukhao, where all the nightlife is.

Hello ; My question is this; Why do we have to travel a long way to the airport and back to the airport and a long way to the city center to go to Pattaya by bus? Personally, I prefer to take a bus from the terminal in front of Sukhumvit 63 and return to the same origin in front of Sukhumvit 63 in the city center instead of the airport.

I checked into a room in Pattaya and then found out their WIFI was not working........I checked out in 30 min. And went to another hotel.

@@sporask3788 The Hotel was April Suites...... The Hotel was Perfectly fine. But the WIFI was not working. Which is a Deal killer for me. The point I was making is Don't start an argument over $40 dollars. Don't end up in jail being a jerk for a little bit of money. Just smile and move on. Maybe they have the BEST WIFI in Pattaya. But that day it was out of service.

Last time when i visited Pattaya, we stayed in Cosy beach hotel it was exactly opposite to Cosy beach
Most of the tourists were Russian it was good and comfortable stay.but most of the breakfast items were non vegetarian. So it was difficult to carry on and we survived only on fruits. After coming to Bangkok we had good vegetarian food for 10 days in Bangkok

Ha ha you don`t have to take the bus all the way to Jomtien if you`re going to Central Pattaya. Could`ve saved your self almost 2 hours if you got dropped off by the bus at Central Pattaya Road and paid a Song Thao 200 Baht to take you to Soi Lengkee. But of course, you saved 190 Baht doing it the way you did it.
