The more power an engine produces the hotter it gets. Im sure you saw the vid where Cycle Fanatix had a 131 and he got caught in traffic and his engine did a meltdown . I would add a fan to the back of the rear cylinder. I would also add liquid cooling like on the limited bikes or one like Cycle Fanatix add to his bike after the meltdown.
HD should have info on what the maximum temp various parts of the engine, trans and clutch can get before failure. If your exceeding these temps you need a bigger heat exchanger. Also check the tune on your bike. If it runs lean it will be hotter. check fluid levels. @@FHOHNIC

He didn't have a limited like Cell which comes liquid cooled
