Say “subscribe button” instead. It’s only doing the second time because they do not want false positives (ie “I’m going to subscribe to this magazine”). It seemingly works on subtitles and if those are correct, which they often are, it’s not difficult to make it glow.
You just need to say "subscribe" I've watched another video where the person only said "subscribe" and it lit up. I'm guessing it only does it one time per video.
if you're wondering. he talks about an animation being played everytime the person in the video says the word. The effect might not appear on some devices, it's a new feature.
Also, if you click the subscribe button while it lights up, you get a cool celebration effect around it Edit: nvm, it seems like the celebration animation always occurs, but its nice nonetheless
As someone who has youtube in spanish, although the button says "Suscribirse" it still lights up when you say subscribe, so yes, it works on other languages

It worked on your second "Subscribe" and may have even triggered slightly before you finished the word. I can't tell for sure but it seems to trigger when you're at "Subsc-" or "Subscrib-" somewhere in there. I also wanted to point out that your second "Subscribe" was the only one you enunciated louder and put emphasis on. And it definitely doesn't care if you said "Button" or not. Light is already almost through it's animation by the time you say "Button" in the video.
For a mini second the glowing appeared but i didn't last enough to see the full animation. Edit: Now i noticed the full animation haha it's pretty cool!
