honestly you guys are the only ones who are able to PROVE via this TH-cam footage that you do a perfect job. I also hate it when other guys claim they do all the same things you guys do. They just don't... and you guys are the absolute best, hands down.
So these were defects cuts,paints,etc done by Lucid itself in production? Was like rework done by like some Lucid service itself? Or was this like after some fresh or after some scraps or such that had to be redone in some regular repair shop itself?
It is truly amazing to me that someone will take an extraordinarily expensive, beautiful vehicle and shop for the lowest price. I have been bringing my cars to Joe for 10 years, back when he was a one-man shop. You really get what you pay for. That Lucid needs a full re-paint and re-wrap. I sure hope he goes and shows this video and back charges the original shop for the entire cost. Truly unbelievable.
The shop that did the damage has over 100 "five-star" reviews, but believing the hype and taking my brand-new Lucid Air there was kind of a bone-headed move on my part, as I learned the hard way. Bottom line, though, is that I should have taken the car to Joe in the first place. From now on, OCDetailing is the only shop to which I entrust my Lucid, and every other car I own from this point forward. It really is head and shoulders above the rest -- not because of hype, but because of the talent and experience of the staff and the results they produce on a consistent basis.
@@richardpurves You can count on that. The damage they did is so severe that part of the trunk has to be replaced with a new part from Lucid, and I'm a lawyer who specializes in complex litigation and consumer-fraud class actions.
